Ive been in the illustrator for 28 years I must say that this community is very well maintained clean professional I like this place and would recommend it

I currently live here, best mobile home community in Dickinson hands down. Best management ever, super friendly always attentive and they keep the residents in the know of what’s going on all the time. Made a lot of renovations, really spruced up the place. So thankful for the new owners.

Not a good place to visit, I would never live hear. To much profanity bad kids, I was visiting and my window was broken in the middle of the day!. Who knows who did it. No one and all this crazy people outside.

Just a mobile home park with nice mobile homes. Kept very clean there.

I tried to buy a home through the same place financing firts the management in charge the dont have the knowledge or the ability to respond any of my questions because they only in chage to collect money and show the property dont have real office or employees whit the credentials . Second if you looking to get financing through them think twice before your buying check everything because they will get your money they will charge the insurance and other services and charg you a lot of money for that. My advice get what you looking for through other companies. Company send me email for my review let me tell you what happen they offer me a rent to own contrac for 1 year term on the contract saying i have to pay rent and at the end of the year they will consider my payments made over a year well this is the funny part the deduction for the lot was going to be taking off from the monthly payments which is fine but paying 1150 a month minus 390 lot rent 25 trash 90 property tax 210 insurance 406 house payment water and sewer extra plus 45 more for having extra car now they ask me for 2000 down payment and at the end off the year 3000 to complete 5000 down payment now make your matt and they only will considering 4800 through the house payment so i try to find out why do i have to pay for taxes and insurance since is going to be rent to own and they told me is packaged deal so were is the option from rent to own when you have to pay like you buying the house?

In this place they dont have a police park, you cant even visit your family, I dont give it one star and if you park, the police will throw you out

Not suitable for families with animals that are heavier than 25lbs.Not for families with pets that weight more than 25 pounds
