I got outstanding customer service when I went here. I was filling up my car and an older lady (I forget her name, sorry) asked me about the price. I was confused, but I told her, and it turns out she worked there and they had just lowered the price right after I showed up. Even though the difference in price only added up to maybe 50-80 cents or so, she went through the trouble to get me a refund of the difference. Im a pretty frugal guy, so I appreciated that and wanted to let them know that.

Ive been going to this Simonsons in particular for quite a while now. However recently I have been charged twice on my debit card by them. The first time was because the one employee in particular would rather tell you her whole lifes story & mess up your transactions or be slow about it because she likes to hear herself talk.The other time was because the pump when I paid gas was taken off a bit too soon so the manager put 20 in cash to make it go through? (their words not mine) & instead charged me 44.04 instead of 24.04. Thanks to this double charge not being of the same amount my debit card will not cancel it, & onsyead I get told its a pre authorization. Sure thats believable if it happened everytime which it doesnt. & according to my bank, I was legit charged for these things. Both the last time this happened & now.So now here I am out of 20 dollars because the employees at this store feel the need to not really pay attention sometimes & try to blame their mistakes in other things. It may only be 20 dollars, but I could use that 20 dollars for useful things like you know, gas from a different gas station .

Only Gas station in Dickinson that does Apple Pay. Which is a huge thing for a small town in ND. 😁
