My wife and I worked with Mr. Dee. Excellent customer service! Though the AC was out at their facility at the time of our visit, he kept us company and even gave us complimentary cokes. Mr. Dee wasnt pushy, and showed us several options. We ended up walking away with 0 down on a 2017 Toyota Highlander. Overall, we had a very positive experience with this sales lot and especially Mr. Dee!

I made the appointment online, arrived early, and folks were still ready for me and the car. I received a text so I would know who to call or text with questions. I did call and ask and was told the problem, cost, and estimated time it would be ready. When it was ready, I received a call and email saying it was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, the first person I spoke with was happy to take care of my payment, which was exactly what I was told it would be. My car entered clean and cool. Color me cool and happy. What more could I ask?

I was told on the phone that they probably wouldnt be able to get to it until the next day, I needed a battery . I said fine Ill drop it off, he said he would be able to take care of it 1st thing in the morning and it would be ready about 9:30 a.m. and thank you.. so I came to drop it off and Bernard the one that had taken care of me the week before having my truck serviced, took the truck back, came back in just a second and said that the man would have it done in 30 minutes. Bought a used car there in March 2020. Great salespeople, finance people, etc. The REAL, true, indication of how they help their customers was yesterday when I was in Dickinson running errands (1.5 yrs after my purchase) & my battery went dead. I called & spoke with Brad in the service dept, mainly just to ask if he could tell if my extended warranty had roadside assistance on it so i could call them. Not only did he look up the info for me but he came to the rescue when i was unable to reach them due to being closed for the weekend. He brought the jumpbox, got my car started, & said from looking at my battery i def needed a new one. He said i could bring it to them for one BUT the quickest way would be to head down the road to OREILLY to buy one. I will definitely be buying ALL my cars from them from now on. Will be looking early next year for my daughter a vehicle & we will head straight to them! Even after more than a year after purchasing my Nissan, they go out of the way for the customers! You could not do the alignment on the car because my husband had a flat on the way there and he was only able to put on the spare. Now we have to make another appt to have the alignment done. They tried to pair his phone to the car, when they did it erased my phone from the. Trying to use phone they hooked up in the car, it asked for password, never have had that before. You need to do my alignment and fix the phone. This car is not what we wanted, because I liked the looks of the car and my husband like some of the features it was kind of pushed on us. We wanted some other features added to the car!

Sales man was great, bought my previous vehicle from him. Process was easy, nice facility.I am a little unhappy with mileage (MPG) though. Sales paper clearly states 27 mpg highway but even driving like an old lady 22.6 is best I can get. And, a 24 gallon gas tank is disappointing. This will be my last GMC.

I felt so comfortable working with John Pigott.We communicated by email several times after I submitted my finance application online and inquiry about a 2021 Acadia. He inquired what type of car would meet my needs and preferences. Then we set up an appointment time. During my appointment he listened and answered every question. During to financing and negotiating process which can normally be the uncomfortable part, i felt he listened to me and tried to get me the best deal he could. He has been available by email and text message anytime I contacted him. I appreciate his time and I know he will be available in the future if I ever need help. If he leaves the dealership, I am sure they will help take car of my needs. It isn’t just a buy and done process. Since this car will need servicing at the dealership, this is now a long term relationship. I feel like I can trust them. This was an easy and pleasant purchase. The finance representative is also named John, he did a great job as well with questions and answers. He made this an easy process. I was worried about the aggravation of doing oil changes and other repairs at the dealership vs. my local mechanic. Since you have the loaner cars for us, that really makes me feel at ease knowing I will still have transportation. It is my only car. I will recommend the dealership and John to my friends and family.

I went to Gay looking for a newer version for the car I had. Sadly I did not like the 2021 version. However Ruben was amazing and showed me a very nice option that I feel was even better than my Acadia. He worked very hard finding the right color and price. If youre looking for any kind of body repair, take it to Baytown GMC Buick. Take it from me please. My car is a brand new 2021 GMC Acadia with a factory paint job with many defects or careless mistakes from the factory. After 4 months with 5 visits, Im still taking it back to get the runs and dimples of paint removed that they left behind. There is a section that still shows primer that is about 1.5 foot long. They returned it back to me with a dent after removing one of the dimples in the paint. The next time I sent it back, they gave it back to me with an even bigger dent. This continued.I did not feel ok that I was treated as if I was being blamed for their factory not conducting a quality paint job. I was treated very rudely for not just being ok with all 24 of the 1/32 to 1/16 pimple of paint defects. If I washed my car with a microfiber cloth, my cloth would begin to catch and tear up. Im not going to go into detail about every time this dealership having my vehicle in their possession and creating another problem. The dent they created, they didnt plug my door harness back in. One defect they were repairing, they left my taillight unplugged.If a vehicle has a problem from the factory, the dealer should either replace or fix it without having to give the customer a hard time. The customers are financially providing the employees with their jobs. The service manager and one of the rental personnel are very unprofessional. Im glad that I was speaking about this with another customer at the dealership and they said that they had the same issues from the same people.Baytown GMC Buick has noticed how bad the quality of the repair was and offered their services instead. Baytown GMC Buick is very professional with their communication and quality repairs. Its amazing to feel valued as a customer.
I and my dad bought a Hyndai from this dealer last year. Quick and easy deal. Really good car. There service consultant Roy was very helpful Friday and Saturday April 2021. He gave me honest advice about a bad car buy which I quickly returned. Seem to be honest and friendly people working at this car dealer. Dave the sales representative was excellent.

The warranty service was provided expediently, however the lack of a loaner vehicle was quite an inconvenience. Also, there was no explanation provided as to why a lifter collapse would occur at such low mileage or wether to expect this to reoccur.
They have excellent service! I know I said Beck and Masten was the best, and they were. Until I came here. They made the buying process so easy and fast. They didnt have that many truck to choose from because of the chip shortage but that did not stop them from providing the best possible customer service. We will be back again soon. Luka was great.

I dropped my car off at night after the winter storm took out most power and it was restored to the area. I got a text the next morning stating that I could use the link to see the status of my car. The link never worked. I tried to call the number on the link and it was to another dealership entirely! After searching for quite sometime online for the right number I found it and asked for the service department. Apparently my rep was Jon who told me my car was in the shopping and they were looking for the reason my heater didn’t work and he would call me later to give an update. This was Friday morning so it was fine. Later in the afternoon after hearing nothing I called back. He said the same thing and told me that he wouldn’t have an answer for me until Monday. I was confused because he said the car had been in the shop all day and they are open on the weekend. Still I felt helpless and said fine. On Monday I still hear nothing back from Jon. I call again in the morning and he says it is STILL IN THE SHOP and they STILL don’t know what’s wrong with it. By now I’m frustrated because I have to get to work. I let him know it’s upsetting because I need my car. He just repeated that he would call me when he had an update. I had to plan to drop off my husband just to get myself to work. I called before taking him Monday afternoon and Jon told me the same thing. At this point I am an inconvenience and I have no answers so I’m very upset. As I am taking him to work I finally get a call from Jon (his first time calling me) and he asked if this was my only source of transportation. I told him it was and he offered to put me in a loaner. I didn’t even think it was an option as I had called so many times in need of my vehicle! My husband was late for work taking me to pick up the loaner and I was finally able to make the second half of my shift. Only to be called at 7am the next day with a price quote of $1600+ To repair my car. I hung up, took the loaner back and demanded they give me my car back. I was still forced to pay $170 for them literally doing nothing but holding my car hostage for 5 days and leaving me stranded to give me a car for less than a day! I took my car elsewhere and had it diagnosed and repaired in less than a work day for less than half the quoted amount. I felt like I was taken advantage of and disregarded and I will NEVER do business here again!

Complete lack of customer service skills from beginning to end. My vehicle was serviced at this dealer (turned out to be battery issue) no manners or empathy while explaining my situation to the individuals whom I spoke to. I asked for my vehicle to be dropped off after being serviced since I lacked any additional transportation they just said No. Did not explain or offer another alternative and being that we are from out of town and only in the area for work, I would have expected them to be more sympathetic and accommodating.

Brought my truck in for service. Service representative informed me what he thought it was and I pick my truck up in 4 days with issue fixed. I would really appreciate a showroom detail on my truck in place of a loaner... Since theres a shortage of a loaner vehicle
I believe I was overcharged for very little service. My truck needed a 2 minute pcm update and I had to pay for an hours work. There are other ways for a service department to make money vs charging 1 hour of time for something that should be included with buying a truck. A $50k dollar truck shouldn’t have to pay for a software/firmware update. Ridiculous!
My salesperson was Jody Garcia at Gay Buick and he made my car shopping a great experience. No pressure which I appreciated. Love the car I purchased and definitely bring it back when service is needed.
Marvin (sales Rep) did and excellent job in making me feel comfortable and calm. He didnt pressure me into buying anything or try to up sale me. I told him what truck I wanted and he didnt try to lead me towards other more expensive trucks like other dealerships have done. He worked very well with me and my dad when it came to the trade in and purchase. The only issue I had, which is very minor, is the guy in finance, he was very nice, very helpful, and very informative. He didnt give a brief description of the documents that I was signing, I had to read them myself. Aside from that they were both very helpful and didnt make me feel stressed. When the time comes I will be going back for my next truck.
