Went in for a gas cap replacement. I mentioned that the taillight was coming off. The wonderful staff member helped screw it back on so it wouldnt fall off. Shout out to that lovely lady!! Thank you so much

BIG PLUS they carry AMSOIL. Lack of parts and high prices, they do have pretty good customer service skills and will order parts in but have mis-ordered my parts leading up to long delays in parts arriving. The AMSOIL saves the day here and I’ll give them a 3/5.

Order online if you need a part and they dont have it in stock they will expedite next day or second day ship to the store and you can pick it up and avoid shipping costs. Which is huge savings on oversized parts.

Staff was a little stand off-ish. Slow service, but had what I needed.

Napa has Napa parts for better or worse not much they can do about than Love the staff in this place, always very friendly. Even though Im not in often, because all I do is repair my own stuff, they always remember me.

We needed some glue to plug our windshield sealant strip back in: the proprietor helped us look, recognized that the glue would be quite expensive (for the small amount we needed), and pointed is to another place to get it done for cheap! A helpful experience.

Mustve had a different driver in semi because they didnt bother to turn their headlines off while they were backing in to make delivery and turned them back on when they pulled out afterwards therefore shining headlights into apartment windows!!!!
