Craig is rude almost everytime I walk in the place. Went in for breaks rotors and a few other parts. Paid for everything just for him to tell me I had to go to a different store to get them. The driver was willing to drive and get them but Craig wouldnt let him. And this isnt the 1st time. He has made problems
Rude service. Two guys at the cash register talking trash whilst one on the phone with what sounded like a manager by the tone of the conversation. After he hung up he had to attend to us cause the other two were still too busy talking knowing there was a line. We almost walked out. This is the 2nd time this has happened. There wont be a third cause OReilly is next door and have friendlier helpful workers

I ordered a part from the stote in league city. paid for it there and picked it up at this store. They had it ready when i got there. Very adamant about wearing a mask.
Staff is friendly and will help w/ a lot of things when looking up parts so i give them a thumbs up on that. The only thing is that you got to remember most the people working here are teens or young adults so their knowledge on parts are lacking.
I have been going there for years and the store has been absolutely disgusting and the atmosphere has been dreadful to walk in! Your store manager Craig is rude, inconsiderate and cant even say Hello when walking in! Never have been greeted when walking in, no one helps til you get to the counter and always hanging up on people when calling! The biggest issue my dad has found was that he has ordered several parts and they never arrived to the store or they were delivered to a different store! But as of the last 2 weeks ever since yall got the new Manager Brenda I have noticed a big change in the atmosphere! She is beyond bubbly, always greets us, and never forgets a face! She has a friendly smile and as long as she is there my family will continue to spend hundreds on parts a week there! Thank You for bringing in the new manager Brenda! I hope now that she is there that yall see a more welcoming and inviting atmosphere to wanna shop there! My family will definitely continue to be a lifelong customer as long as she is there!
Most staff very knowledgeable and friendly. If they dont have part, they will order it.

Great customer service, Aaron was quick, polite and courteous. That makes the transaction much easier and smoother. The other guy he was with seem to be agitated and not helpful at all. It was closer to the end of the day but still aaron came through for clutch 🙏😎
Antonio was very helpful when my battery was bad. He helped me a lot and I believe his name was Brandon he as well was great. There is a lady who is very lazy who wasn’t helpful at all at first and caused a mix up by not paying attention, but they fixed it and made it right. Glad those two guys were there today. It’s a busy store and everyone in and out seemed taken care of by them.

Ha, I purchased an alternator with a debit card that had an unauthorized use on it so I cancelled the card, when I brought the core in they wouldnt give me my core monies back because they couldnt put it back on the card. That was BS
I would like for John R to be recognized. I traveled from Fort Worth Tx and was pulled over for no brake lights and no license plate light. John was amazing, he worked diligently in the heat to help me replace the bulb over my license plate. He went to u-tube and everything to help figure out how to get to the bulb. He went above and beyond all with a smile on his face. I could go on and on of the best customer experience I received. Thank you John R from the bottom of my soul from Mrs Felicia!!!
John Reinke - went ABOVE and BEYOND today. My headlights were both out and everyone else (other stores and shops) wrote it off and said it’s electrical and didn’t even want to look at it. It was pouring rain and cold when I pulled up but John Reinke came outside and took apart both head lamps and trouble shot my car until he figured out that BOTH my headlights were out. He is amazing!! I would be totally screwed without him. Thank you so much! Your my angel!!!!!!!!!!!
Best experience and customer service by far! I came in to purchase a few bulbs for my car and a manager named Marion offered to change them for me. He was a huge blessing. Will definitely be making this my go to too store for now on.
I went into this location today, look at an item I needed and thought I should go to ORiley next door to see if it was cheaper. I handed the item to the cashier and let her know I was going to check out the store next door. In order to try and make a sale, the sales lady stop and showed me the same product with some bonus items with it. On the shelf I show it was cheaper, price then the original item I was gonna buy, so i thought great. She scanned it and it pop up more the shelf price. I pointed it out that the shelf price was a different price, she look at the shelf price and acted like she didnt give a care. She even scanned the original item I brought up to the register and it scanned higher then the price tag on the shelf. I told her, the price tag for it on the shelf - the response I got was they must not have changed the price tags. But that wasnt my fault, you advertise a price and thats what it should be for. I got a have a good day maam -which was not meant to be nice. Is was to shut me up.
You better get here way before closing time. They will run up and lock the door in your face. At one time I only used Auto Zone but not now.
1 star was an accident. I was at a business next door. But I always get good service at autozone

I wish they would pick up the phone more often half the time they do have the items they just dont pick up so I end up buying somewhere else theres an older man there thats kind of rude sometimes and kind of snaps a lot... customers dont like getting him theyll rather wait in line for someone else i guess i didnt get the hint

It was terrible i went in the guy was just standing there i had to said something before he even pay attention so i bought two wipers for my car, it was raining but not to bad so he put the first one on ok then when he took the old one off he let it go and it break my windshield and he just continues to put the new one on and he didnt say anything its was a good thing that i was standing outside and saw the crack then call his attention to it and his remarks was it was raining. So i hope i get my windshield fixed asap.

Poor service. Stood around for at least 7 min before being asked if I needed anything. Very terse and short responses. Walked right past me when I greeted the team members....looked at me as if I was a crazy person when I asked if they could see if they were able to change my headlight before I purchased with them. Talked back saying well youre going to need the lights anyway...whats the point. In the end, one of the men warmed up a little bit and performed the service I needed but I should have gone somewhere Id actually be respected and treated a bit better. Also they originally suggested a buy a $100 headlight. Had to ASK for other options...didnt even walk to the aisle to help me...just said its in aisle 1.This team would benefit from a customer service training course.
One staff member was more concerned with sharing stories than he was with finding parts and ringing you up so you could leave. The other on duty had no idea how to handle a battery cote return which held seve rap customers up for an unreasonable amount of time.

This place is horrible. I walked in the other day and the manager was speaking to a young man of latino decent speaking to him so disrespectfully I had to step in and tell the young man to leave. I will NEVER go back in this est. the rest of my days. Hire another person to show people the respect they deserve spending money in your store.

Zero knowledge, zero experience. Below standard parts, with not many options.
They werent really sure where battery was, how to open the hood. Then not too sure if I needed new battery. I asked to go ahead and put new battery in. They said they dont put new one in for you. Auto Zone in Seabrook put new one in for me 3 years ago and seemed to know more.
