Stopped by to have them look at power trim pushrods that need to be replaced on my 2012 Ranger 620 boat. Waited for 30 minutes for someone to come look at it. Finally the lady at the front got Randys attention and all he would say is take it to Bismarck since its an Evinrude motor they wouldnt even look at it. Its an easy fix with the cap removal tool that is adjustable to all makes so brand had nothing to do with it. Done business here for 12 years even after they forgot to fill lower unit oil on my last boat motor and burned up the lower unit. Mistakes I can deal with, attitude from the owner is final straw. Will take my business elsewhere and do my own repairs when possible.

Today was my first time dealing with Dakota Sports in Dickinson and I couldnt be happier. Everyone was great, but the salesman Randy is absolutely TOP NOTCH!!!! I will definitely be a repeat offender with these guys. Thanks for everything Randy, youre a great man ;-)

My family and I walked into this establishment. We are shopping for a 6 seat side by side. We traveled from tioga ND shopping for the right one to fit our needs. We walked around the showroom floor for 30 minutes and not one person approached us to see if we needed help. So we walked away with our money still in our pocket and the trailer empty. If they wont help you with the sale they sure wont be there for the repair. Definitely look elsewhere when looking to spend your money

Every time my husband and I go in this place we hate it more and more. Been here over half a dozen times in the last few years. We went here to buy parts for our boat and they didnt know how to ring us up, we stood around for 15 minutes. Went here another time to buy a 4 seater RZR and nobody wanted to talk to us about the product and deals. They are good at standing around and acting like the customer is an inconvenience. Unfriendly staff. Now we drive to Bismarck to purchase anything motorsport and boat related. This place is a joke.
