Horrible, money hungry and pressed!!! I called over the phone for a service he rushed me there like he was desperate for money and then tried to charge me a $75 up charge for one shirt with one letter totaling $100 which that was not was discussed over the phone he was very rude made because I brought my own shirt because I wanted a better quality tee shirt over all the customer service and communication was just poor!

Best business to go to for personalized things and for printing out advertising. The staff are amazingly helpful and great at what they do. I will continue to go here for all my business cards, flyers, invitation cards and family reunion shirts. I cant wait to go back and get a few personalized family blanket and awards.

This is to be my go to spot before the pandemic but now Im not sure wat happened. I would go in have Al kinds stuff done an it always came out perfect an if it was a problem they always called but this new staff man..... The only thing they did that was right basically was the sizes. They put wrong colors one person gave me one price wen I actually ordered it was way more. Out of all the years Ive done stuff there this is the only time I felt cheated. Makes me think do I wont to go back?

I love to support a black business and I have went here and got a few shirts made But the last shirt I got made I guess they have a new system an the young lady was not hearing me right or something but I paid $47 to have four words put on my shirt So the shirt was supposed to be ready on Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday I had to call them, then they sent a text message once I called to say that my shirt was ready, while on the phone, I never ask for a rush job but needed it by Thursday, dropped it off Saturday,so if it was supposed to be done on Tuesday, but I didn’t get it until Thursday I’m just saying y’all got to do better I’ve only had one other issue with them and the guy emailed me to fix the problem but every time I went he was never there yes I held on to the email Yes I will give them another try but if they are saying $47 again I’ll go by the letters an iron it on a shirt before I pay that again

Even though they were busy they STILL took the time to make sure they understood what I wanted and wasnt rude. I needed it ready by the 18th, it was done the next day! (Early). When I saw the shirt I almost cried. It was perfect. Of course they put the pandemic tax on it but I didnt even mind. My shirt is better than i envisioned it. THANK YOU!! Clayton and Ken are the superstars of print and design! I came home from DC needing personalized napkins for my mom’s 75th bday party at the very last minute and they came through in the clutch! They gave me ideas and a turnaround time of the NEXT DAY!! PLUS Clayton came up with ideas for centerpieces and put them together on the spot! THEY SAVED THE DAY!! But then Ken also put together a beautiful shirt for my mom! They completely changed the game!! IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE BEING WITH THESE PROFESSIONALS WITH A GRAND EYE FOR DESIGN!! They changed a very tense situation into a cool breeze! And not only did they change the entire event for the better, they hooked me up with a great wardrobe with the nicest Detroit swag I have seen in a very long time. I WILL THROW THEM AND MY FRIENDS BUSINESS FOR ALL OF OUR EVENTS FROM NOW ON! I cannot believe I am just finding these guys. When you see everything they print, you will be AMAZED! Paid $100 for 2 shirts for my birthday that I was told would be ready it wasnt so I ha to wear whatever for my 30th bday then I called the owner all but told me oh well your stuff ready now. Customer service was terrible and very ghetto. Never again will I $100 down the drain and 30th bday ruined 😪 😒 😔

Best black owned business ever my daughter birthday party was at 6 o’clock I was running behind and went to them at 430 to get my daughter a shirt made for her first birthday they prices where beyond reasonable for same day pick up and her shirt was ready in 15 min just how I asked for it to be done. With the help of them we where able to make it to her party on time and she received lots of compliments on her shirt I really recommend them. Friendly service professional and they most certainly get the job done

A great place to get customized clothing on the westside of detroit. Decent prices and friendly people to serve your needs.

Its no waiting area to sit while your waiting to be served. It was very uncomfortable.To stand the whole time while your waiting to be seen. And standing the whole time, while your being waited on. Which can take 20 minutes or more. Explaining, what you want, in details for your projects..neither was there any seats for guests that came with you...But if they wouldve had two bar stools upfront, and a bench for seating, like they have at footlocker, that wouldve made it perfect...Moreover,I had the pleasure of being waited on, by the manager that made me feel like, he was getting upset with me, because i kept finding small mistakes in the printing.Which i couldnt understand, because I thought that was, the purpose in proofreading, your projects, before they go to final print. Nevertheless, I had to go back three times to have mistakes fixed. I think the spellcheck was at fault, making up words it thought was spelled wrong. Well In the end, when i picked up my final projects names where misspelled,that I personally made sure that was spelled correctly, three times..The spellcheck needs to be turned off when typing up names. Furthermore, the mistakes was not caught, before the final prints. It was a few of the names misspelled. It was nothing i could do, they where all printed.I felt horrified,knowing that everyone knew that this was my task to complete. I crossed checked the formation, i typed and had on my computer, and the final draft that I took to the shop, before printing,the names were all spelled correctly.

Felt like I paid 180 dollars for 5 shirts with a paper ironed on them.. I had just lost my grandmother and never got shirts made before and I made that clear.. I didnt recieve any options on how my shirts would be made and I certainly wasnt expecting them to feel like paper! I wanted to go with them because I support all black owned business but wish my shirts were done better😒
