I ordered a bunch of merchandise from this company recently and was very impressed with the quality of the items! Additionally, I had a size issue with something that had been customized. When I contacted customer service, (James), I honestly wasnt expecting that there was much they would be able to do. To my surprise, they were beyond helpful, and printed a new fleece for us! James was great to work with, and he responded very quickly and professionally. It is pretty rare to get customer service like that these days. For both the high quality of the products, and the extremely high quality of the customer service, I highly recommend this company!

I placed my order through UGPs website, which of my research, was the best website for uploading my design and plotting the layout, for screen printed garments. They made it easy to order and didnt have a minimum order amount. If there were issues with the order, their sales staff were very responsive and provided excellent customer service. I would order from them again.

We were able to make great looking, custom soccer shirts. The design tools were easy to use and the Underground Printing team communicated well to ensure we had no issues. Shirts arrived on time and look great. Would definitely recommend and use the service again.Thanks,-Jim-

Per website and main phone line With Underground Printings Design Studio, its easy to Design T-Shirts (and More) Online! You can design your own shirt, or use the designer for custom apparel for your business, organization, or event, many with no minimums. I was transferred to the Detroit location and spoke with a gentleman regarding very basic information regarding their process and time. I was told they only accept orders for large business only with 1000 orders or more. The man didnt even bother asking what the demand for my business was. He automatically assumed I didnt have it! Completely condescending and quite frankly not good business. I am wondering does each location have their own guidelines or was the man purposely being deceptive. Either way will pass the news along that they are not abiding by website guidelines and will surely let others (professionals and friends) know about my experience.

James is very passionate and knowledgeable on the entire printing process! He was very polite and honest with me over the phone which was 100% refreshing. Would definitely do business with in the future. Honesty is hard to find these days. But these guys nailed it!

James Shepard with Underground Printing was very responsive and helpful with initiating and completing the t-shirts we needed for our family road trip. The t-shirts were of very good quality and the printed design turned out great! We drew attention from a lot of people while we were walking around Mackinac Island!

Working with James on the phone communication between him and I was spot-on we had a few issues on the artwork approval was very good at fixing what I had on the Fly. After I approved everything I find out that the art Department change the color of the banner circling my logo to a different color which I did not catch until 3 hours after I hit the approved artwork button but after you push that button you cannot change anything. The shirts however did come out nice actually very nice but the problem is they do not match my logo. Was told I could get a small discount on my next order but I spent over $1,200 on this order and to me they are all wrong but again I clicked the approve button so I guess it is what it is. Very nice people to deal with shipping was timely again shirts do look good but they do not match my logo be very careful before you hit the approve button. If the logo would have been correct I would have given5 Stars but that attention to detail gave my company nice shirts that do not match my logo.Update. James and the Underground team has gone above and beyond to fix an entire order for my company.. THANK YOY VERY MUCH.. 5star company the whole way
