This coffee booth worried me at first on wether I was just going to have crummy quick coffee out a stall. I was definitely surprised as this coffee was phenomenal and the barista working was very kind.The Guardian is a really nice building with a beautiful interior. It is definitely a place worth stopping in even if you just want to observe the building.The Guardian Coffee serves locally roasted great lakes coffee beans, which make this place a delicious stop for a good cup of coffee.

Great coffee. Friendly service. This is my first visit to The Guardian Building. The hall that the shop is located in is unbelievably gorgeous. Come and see what they built in Detroit in 1929!

There were four people in the queue in front of me who each ordered one drink; it took 15 minutes for me to get an iced coffee. The iced coffee didn’t even taste like coffee.
