One of the nicest T-Mobile’s stores I’ve been too. Everyone Is very nice! One employee specifically, Carolina is very helpful. Great person, very professional, positive attitude, respectful, and very kind.

Great Customer Service, The Whole Team Was So Polite to me and 6 year old son, every question i had asked them they had answered which is always a plus in my books 😇 they helped me out with my decision to get an iphone . By far the best customer service i have ever received and i will definitely be recommending tmobile to my friends and family 🙂

The employee took my iPhone 11 and disappeared. T-Mobile knows, did nothing and I’m still paying it off. I’m leaving as soon as my contract is up. New employees now but I’d suggest not going.

If you are a young person and are used to dealing with technology, great, go to this store. If you are trying to help an older parent or relative make a change, do not send them to this store. The reps in this store are not adept to dealing with an aging customer. Customers of a certain age need everything to be made plain. Any charges need to be explained up front. And do not try to upsell them. This store is strictly for someone who knows how to speak Sprints language. This may not be relevant for everyone, but their customer service style made for a very frustrating experience for my mom and I.

The employees here are helpful and polite. Got my phone and transferred it painlessly.The only thing I thought was bad taste was the couches behind the glass were really ratty. Should get some new couches cause those look bad.

I never had any hassles here. Service has been good so far.

Horrible customer service. Manager was too incompetent she told me she was unable to activate my old phone because it wasn’t compatible with the network anymore mind you it’s an iPhone 7 I had to go to another store to have it done. The store manager and some young lady essentially didn’t want to help me because I refused to upgrade. Horrible

Alyxzander knew exactly what was wrong with my phone! My battery was no good....He looked out and gave me a good deal. I end up getting the new Galaxy 8 plus a long with a car charger, screen protector, and my favorite color case! Anytime something is wrong my phone Alyx is Tha Guy! To see! O yea the Tee is also cool. They all have great personalities and willing to help with no problem! 10 Stars!!
