I chose the 8 Mile rd. AT&T because they were the highest rated in Metro Detroit. During my 1st visit there a young associate waited on me and we did not see eye to eye on a question she asked. I believe she became irritated and put me on the back burner for another consumer who came after me. I was irritated by having to waited for them. However, the District Manager Amanda noticed my SMALL attitude, made sure I was helped properly, thanked me for my honest feedback, assured me that she would make healthy adjustments regarding her associate and guaranteed good service in the future. It was a very cool experience in the end!

Shaquara has been a great help to me and very professional and all that she does she’s a great leader and help with AT&T I thank her for her professionalism and her patience with me as a customer and she does deserve all that you can bless her with because this is who we need in all companies thank you for being the best part of AT&T!

Riva is very knowledgeable when it comes to the cell phone industry. Every issue I ever had, I would walk in and she would take care of it on the spot. She is One of the only person I trust when it comes to my billing or services. Highly recommend her. Thanks Miss Riva for all you do

I was a sprint customer for years but the service that was provided when my phone broke and the easiest change of cell phone providers was handled by Riva. She was fast, friendly, and efficient. At first I didn’t understand why my bill was so high so I went into the store heated. Luckily The sales associate Riva was able to very politely explain to me the charges on my bill and if it wasn’t for her I would of switch from AT&T.

I hate going to the phone store. HATE IT. But, on 4.19.19 Brianna, Nick, and J. Alan all went above and beyond to help me. I never felt rushed. There were two other staff members that were fantastic as well. I can’t say enough about the customer service and the knowledge of the staff. Listen if you’re going to get a phone. This is the place to get it. The manager is great she got me a bunch of discounts and did everything she had to, to make sure I was happy with my purchase. If you don’t go here your playing yourself. Never play yourself.

I am HUGE on Customer Service and so I had to make sure I took the time to write this. As someone that uses their phone for absolutely everything, the thought of being without my phone was heartbreaking. I started having issues with my iPhone 7+ about two weeks ago. My phone started shutting off, not accepting phone calls, and not allowing me to check emails completely out of the blue. The experience was horrible to say the least. Today my phone completely froze on me, while I was sending an emergency email for work. I rushed down to this ATT store frantic, and scared, that nothing could be done in a timely manner, and without me spending a fortune, but I could NOT have been more wrong. The entire staff, was absolutely AMAZING! They calmed me down, worked with me, and provided me with multiple options to make sure I was able to get a new phone. I dont know what I did to deserve such fast and amazing customer service, but Im grateful for that and my new phone. I definitely recommend using this location if youre ever in need, of anything ATT related.

After 20 years of being with At&T, I cant even begin to tell How bad their service has gotten. Just got out of the hospital after 5 days and I cant get a straight answer from these idiots about my account after 3 hours of talking to at least 10 reps and 4 superviors, I still dont have an answer. I am switching over to another carrier today.

My old Samsung Galaxy 5 would no longer take a charge, so I walked over to this AT&T store, conveniently located downtown, right across the street from my office building. After we tried to get my phone to charge, I decided I needed to upgrade. When the phone I wanted (a Galaxy 8) was not in stock in the store, they gave me a loaner phone for a week and transferred my Sim card on to the loaner phone so I could use it and not be without a phone.I really need to prop out everyone who helped me there! Everyone was so helpful and ensured that my needs were met. I dont write many reviews, so when I do, it means a lot. The Store Manager Brianna and Sales Consultant Ahmenah were incredibly helpful and courteous. However, Sales Consultant Shaquara blew me away with my experience by her dedication and humor. She turned what could have been a stressful and trying situation into one that was even beyond pleasant, almost fun.These three ladies need to be recognized for their effort, dedication and care to the customer. If there were a grade higher than 5-stars, I would give it!! I am beyond pleased with them!! :)

The store has a new employee named Terry who hands down is the best representative I have ever dealt and is the only reason I go to this store. He saved me and 7 of my family members thousands of dollars on cell phone bills and cable and Internet bills. Go see him and him only! If hes not there then talk to Ervin because Terry publicly endorses him.

Overall Ive had a good experience, except when I first went to pay a bill for my home phone/internet service. I was greeted by a young guy that sold me a 2yr tablet for 15.00 per month. The thing that he didnt tell me was that there was a limit on the data plan, and Im a truck driver so you know what happened. Went back a month later to pay bill and it was over by...225.00 freaking dollars! I just flew off! That was it...And the little guy was on vacation...I called AT&T and told them that they were about to lose a customer of over two years over what I felt was a bogus sale, the salesman didnt tell me that the limit and overages. Anyway they took care of the bill for me, I still wound up paying 145.00!! I still dont think I got the deal, but I got played

I just go here to pay my internet bill but now I can no longer do that because now they only accept credit/debit, no longer accepting cash. I have to now go to the AT&T located inside of the Renaissance Center (thats the corporate ran location).

Downtown Detroit Att has it going on and the Manager is Outstanding.

I went to this location to ask a question about their new billing system and the way they have structured their payments of phones and the sales rep immediately got defensive as a result of my inquiry. He began talking down to me and talking over me and basically refusing to change the structure of my bill stating that I had to go the original location to have that done. This entire experience has angered me so much that I decided to relinquish my status as a customer with att all together.

Awful experience, does anyone work there?! I sat around for like 40 minutes, no help, gave up and left.What a joke.

Ive called three days in a row to speak with the manager (whom Ive been working with)... put on hold, no one every comes back to the phone after holding for at least 5 minutes. Yesterday I held for 10 minutes. Disappointing.
