Garbage sound shop. They try but cant get it. The sales person George is a good brother, he tryst completely hard to get you right. If he worked at another spot he can make it pop.

Super busy come early and ask if you need anything. I give three stars we had to come back a few times.

Very disappointed of the low quality work that was done on my truck number one the video camera wire is flopping around underneath my truck they broke my license plate holder the connections to the radio to be hardwired in are all done in electrical black tape no crimp no solder no heat shrink did not hook up the wire so my steering wheel can work the radio microphone was not hooked up in the right spot talk to the corporate office get back to me a week later and decided to give me a refund on the equipment but not on the labor two thumbs down for Mickey shorralso when I went to pick up my truck at the end of the day just before they close two of the employees were in the back parking lot smoking weed

I went here to get my speakers re wired in my truck. The guy at the desk was was shady. He told me that if i ever come back in and theres a white man at the desk to turn around and walk out immediately took about 20 minutes to do the job he took the money from my hand as if he was doing something shady. He went in a back room Im assuming to count the money then told me my truck was out front. They doing side work and splitting the money under the table is my guess. I wont go back here and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

The 8 mile & Gratiot location has horrible customer service. They say install takes 2 1/2 hrs but thats a lie. I arrived at 9a & did not leave until 2p! They installed the wrong alarm on my car. Then after installing the alarm I paid for, that installment was a wack job! When I left the place the alarm kept beeping (while I was driving) & my auto light notification kept flickering on & off! I took my car right back to the place to request a uninstall & a refund. There I was met with attitudes from 2 of the 3 men working there. Patron this place again? NEVER!

Got up at 7 to be there for 8 like they said and then get there and they’re saying there’s no one to do installs. Ugh!!!!

I couldn’t even get work started on my truck. I had already had a partial installation started by someone who couldn’t program his bypass. So I went to Mickey shores after I was told I could definitely get it completed today. I went in and just waited for my turn. The guy that bothered to talk to me at Mickey did gave me information about what I needed but he kept cutting me off talking about side things such as two birds getting in the shop. Don’t get me wrong I understand the situation but we kept getting on the topic about this bird and his personal life being affected by the bird being stuck. I walked away from him since we weren’t getting anywhere on actually making a purchase or starting. So I went inside the shop to ask if anyone was available to do the installation and no one replied so I left. Good news is they got one of the birds out :P

Refused to discuss pricing over phone yet online lists theyll beat any price. Why would I waste my time driving to a store to discuss pricing. Makes zero business sense.

They be high!!..I think thats why I had problems with the remote start they installed TWICE that still doesnt work 6 months later and now i have an electrical issue because of it. NOW im looking for a new car so Thank you!! 🙂

I promise i wish i could give them 0 stars they tried to still my stuff after charging me for a kit that came with the radio i bought to be installed a whole building with alot of unprofessional males great place to waste your money

Ehh- so I went in for the thanksgiving sale they were having and was sold a mic that i didnt ask for at all. Then when they couldnt put it in they needed a extra part that didnt say I needed. I end up getting my money back and going about my way. When I drove off I realized that they tore my vents apart and didnt put it back together the way it was smh. Never again!! Well to them at least.
