This store at 3709 Woodward in Detroit is Great, Great, Great. Jamal help me with my billing issue with patience and professionalism! Youness, assistant manager helped me with the On Demand feature. Being a senior citizen, it really helps when you have kind, patient staff helping you. I love and appreciate you guys-you made my day! Ive been with Comcast for 30 years!!

Sales rep was very preoccupied with other things in The store that seemed to be more entertaining and humorous than my boring issue. Also, he was very short and wasnt good at listening to my concern to know what it was. He ultimately resolved part of ny concern after I essentially had to play the role of his supervisor.

I had an issue with my Xfinity account and came in hoping to find help. I was very surprised that not only could they not help me with my account problem, but they were downright rude as well. I really expected to find customer service people who were sympathetic at the very least. While the people working there may not be able to control Xfinitys policies, their own customer service skills and professionalism are something that they can control.

The customer service was pretty bad. Couldnt hear what the guy was saying. I did upgrade my internet plan but wanted to switch to their mobile phone but was told I had to call to do that. Youre better off just calling instead of wasting your time going there. Was surprised how shabby the service was.

Jamal and Tiffany are AMAZING definitely went above and beyond for me. Comcast pisses people off very often when dealing with customer service but these two employees, on separate occasions, assisted me above and beyond what they had to and they made up for the chaotic service that is comcast. I really appreciate them!

If you can get Rocket Fiber. Get that instead. Just had to switch to Xfinity because the building Im moving to doesnt have Rocket Fiber. I am instantly cringing. 1 hour on the phone to set up internet. Rocket Fiber gives you unlimited data, free set up, free modem, 1 gigabyte internet for 70$ and the customer service is the best with people who dont put you on hold! Xfinity are thieves with poor services.

I know. Four stars for Comcast? Well, it’s for the store. Which was surprisingly nice. I went with a very active 2 year old and we were able to sit on a couch together and watch some tv while we waited to be helped. And then the employee brought all of the paperwork over to us at the couch. It was very thoughtful and accommodating.

I bought internet with a guy named Rick who said he works at this location. Rick was super kind and helpful while signing me up to buy internet services from you all. Upon noticing a problem with my account I called Rick back to see if there was anything he could do. I was very calm with Rick and had no suggestion of anger or anything in my voice but Rick gets bent out of shape about my question, raises his voice at me and then hangs up the phone on me to top it all off. What terrible customer service. As a new customer I am really reconsidering.

I talked to Yvonne the Ben {5} representatives no one could connect to The downtown office I find that to be sad with that said I think it’s time for me to move on to a different carrier peace out Comcast or affinity mobile..🤯🤮

I had a great experience with this store. I originally had scheduled and appointment to have a technician come and took the day off of work, the day the technician was supposed to come I got an email saying they would be coming the next day. I really needed a technician that day and didnt want to waste my day off, so I called the Customer Service line and got nowhere. I then called and spoke with Tiffany at this location who had originally scheduled the appointment. She told me she would do everything she could to get a technician out that day and she came through. Thanks so much Tiffany. Great customer service experience.

Just went in as I had time before my appointment I had made later in the day. The rep quickly finished his conversation and helped me return my equipment. In and out in two minutes, tops. Best experience Ive ever had with Xfinity! Will use as my go-to store!

I just wanted to call this office located at 3907 Woodward ave, to inquire where to park when i come down. There is a 1-800 toll-free number that took me to the Comcast call que. The rep started telling me the time and location of this office after I gave the address and told her I needed to speak to someone in this office to inquire about parking. All you see is the M1 tracks in the google map. After I repeated my question, she stated that she would transfer me to the store.I was transferred to a Federal Express office located in downtown Detroit.The only affiliation with Comcast that they had is that I could ship a package using them using Federal Express.The young lady that answered the phone after I was transferred to the Comcast office by Comcast, to had no idea what I was talking about. One and a half calls and 25 minutes later, I still dont know if I can park in the area! Thank you, Comcast...XFINITY....whatever!

I cannot get a customer service rep in the United States. When you ask to speak with one, they put you on hold or hang up. Recently start having problems with speed of internet now I am having a problem getting someone to resolve the issue. Come on Comcast, you can do better!

Very poor customer service when individuals who are living with disabilities can not even apply for the internet essential package due to the fact there is no option for low income individuals who have to live outside low income housing, paying more then the individual can afford with no option to be approved to utilize the little income given by SSI to work with month to month. No option to contact Xfinity or Comcast without jumping through hoops on the website or waiting on the phone for hours.

Only average. I had to wait 20+ minutes just to return equipment. I think the Xfinity company was annoyed that I ditched their service for a much, much better competitor (Rocket Fiber, look into it - way faster and cheaper).Even though I had to wait what I considered to be too long of a time, the employees at the store were very polite, so I have to give them credit for that.Ultimately, though, I absolutely despise the Xfinity/Comcast company and brand. I couldnt be happier that they are now completely out of my life and I never have to deal with them ever again. Sayonara Comcast!
