My husband and I have been fortunate enough to have Alonzo as our customer service rep three times. Each time he has helped us navigate the cable and internet packages. He is always very helpful and knowledgeable about products and services offered through Comcast.
Over priced cable service, these people dont care or have no concerns about their customers. If I take phone service off I still be paying more for cable and internet. Harassment they love to do to paying customers. 250, a month and thats a promotion🤦! During pandemic my bill went up and all my friends and family claimed they was doing discounts with kids going to school from home, no help from Comcast I been with them for five years or more. Rental of boxes is killing me.
I actually had a very smooth visit.Had to exchange a bad cable box, they were efficient, pleasant,and used strenuous safety measures.The Manager,I believe her name was Bridgette, at the Lyndon location was outstanding. Positive interaction today!!

I’ve been with Comcast for and upwards of ten years. First my problems were in the outrageously high prices they wanted me to pay for bare minimum services. Once I got a plan (it was like pulling teeth) that was at least fair, I eventually decided to get cameras. Now I had many problems from the onset. Without consulting me one cameraman was attached to my gutter which was already in need of replacing. And after placing the camera the gutter was no longer attached and xfinity refused to repair it after multiple complaints. Some camera didn’t always work and needed to be manually reset. Others were placed incorrectly and were almost always unavailable. Now it’s been about a year since one of my cameras was disconnected and the other stopped working completely and the one time they finally were able to send someone out after quarantine they dont actually fix anything. I’m not even still getting a discount for the cameras not working. I think I got one for four months and it’s going on month 11. They can’t even keep track of my problem since the technician was surprised to find one camera not connected to the main monitor, a problem I’ve called about 5+ times and was told would be put in my case file. Heck after being told they’d be returning today to fix that camera I never heard anything else as my wait went from 2 hours to 6 hours passing with no contact.

Customer service employee needs more inservice training to alow customers to explain their problems before cutting them off to correct a service problem.

I have been incredibly disappointed with the customer service from xfinity. Their new customer service is great, but once you are signed up, you simply have no way of contacting them except through a robot chat that does not actually answer any questions. They also refuse to apply the student discount to my account.
Its not a hated place because Its rated one star, Ive not any desire for their service. A person of interest was there, due to me being the transporter.

The WORST experience of my life! HORRIBLE customer service. Tech never showed up to appointment. Never received any kind of compensation for the 3 WEEK delay in getting service to my home. Spoke with 10 representatives and none of them offered me anything for the inconvenience except watch tv on my phone or laptop. Do not use Comcast! They lie! Have lost service 4 different times in the last six months and each time they say they will credit my account for the days of no service. I just called thm from having been without Internet and TV for four days and was told not their problem. They would not credit my bill and they said the service people lied to me. How do you like that?Try WOW!!! They are awesome!!!!!

This is just about the Customer Center on Lyndon Street in Detroit NOT the company as a whole. Excellent customer service. Reshawn (The service worker) was very kind, engaging and extremely helpful. Service was quick and easy.

I dont like COMCAST they are expensive, but they kept me going. Now that I have canceled them they want to add $20 to my phone bill, saying I no longer have comcast so they are forced too charge for my phone. What does my cell phone have to do with my cable?

I returned a bunch of equipment. Robert was very diligent in processing the returns ensuring that all equipment was accounted for.
Its a lot better than it use to be. Now there are chairs for you to be seated and waited on for your number to be called. I still feel cable service is to high but I do have there Internet service.
I like when you go in Comcast to pay your bill you get in and you get out, theres no hassle.
Theyre there to help you hook you up remember they always have money in their mind so know exactly what you want and stick to what you want unless you are open for other options and services

As much as I hate this company I do like this service center. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I normally stop in on Saturday and the wait time is general not longer than 15 minutes. The last time I visited was to return HD boxes and change my cable selection.
I was in there only 5 min and they were not rude.
The staff is friendly . They have a pay station you can use cash or a card and you dont have to stand in line. When ever Ive came here it has been clean. If you need to exchange equipment you can do it here

This actually covers the last two visits. On both occasions, the customer service was fantastic! Both the gentleman and the woman were very professional and kind towards me/us. There were no attitudes, eye rolling, huffing, or a lack of willingness to answer any questions.

Line was not to long, the staff was helpful although it was hard to communicate with them through the bullet proof glass. They did not give me any cables with my equipment, I had to ask and what I did get was not complete. I had to go buy my own splitter because I did not want to go all the way back.
