It would be 5 stars but they close 20-25 mins early

Some of the workers didnt have a mask on. I didnt like the male worker talking loud and using profanity with customers in the store including my young grandchild. He was at another one of the family dollars which was the reason I stopped shopping at the one on Mack and Alter.

I like family dollar. Charcoal and diapers .

Well stock cashier was very polite

Store was neater and cleaner than last time I was in store. Due to the manager I noticed that there from another location. Only 3 stars because, I had to remind a couple about 6 feet.

Bad really bad soon as i get there, to family dollar someone break in my car. Poor security video Live security this Dodge Challenger with two black males in it that broke in my car in stole a bookbag out of it

The shelves was not stocked it was a lot of empty spaces workers stand around ask questions did not get the correct answer service desk filled up what a lot of stuff around it cashier was very nice when you walk into a store you expect for some things to be on the shelf I know a lot of customers are shopping right now but the things theyre not shopping for the shelves are empty.Im looking for a Christmas tree Ive been going into family Dollar for the last 14 days and it keeps saying theyre going to be in on the next truck they have not received any Christmas trees I apologize yes they have received some Christmas trees but not the ones that you see in the paper on sale paper Im seeing on my coupon app thank you for letting me put my comments in

This branch has some nice respectful people in it.

Dark skinned heavy set girl is the rudest, most ratchet, and deplorably behaved creature on staff !She focuses on everything but the customers. Then while you wait for her assistance she snaps. She is beyond ghetto (weaved bob hair). Had the nerve to be discussing a shoving match between her & a coworker with another coworker at the register and sister on speakerphone. Shouting about stinky customers . I went in there and saw an ice cream bar melted on a shelf,(filthiness), for at least 2 months.They dont monitor their food/ snack section for expiration regularly. Multiple occasions, Ive come across them or purchased expired items. Convenient hours are great with courteous and convenient service. Store owners have to be trifling to have minimal staffing and upkeep. The ratchet staff members need correction or replacement.Treat the GREAT employees well and protect your brand. Be an asset to the community!

I like to go to this one instead of the a block away from me, because this has more than one person working the register and your out the door quicker than the other one

Store was very unorganized.. Aisles were crowded with products that needed to be put on shelves.

Store is nasty there are boxes everywhere .they do not clean up it is a mess. The staff some just do not care at all... Will not ever shop there. No way!!!!

Family dollar does sell coffee pots I bought one the other day for$20 and I love it. Its a black and Decker

The cashier was rude and announced he was not giving out any change so everyone needed exact changeHe didnt give people bags or receipts

This store is always understaffed. There will be a wait to check out because the clerk always has to call a manager for help. The positive is the staff they are helpful and try to move faster, but in most cases they are new

Upon my visit the store was VERY CROWED with items not put away! EVERY EMPLOYEE I DO MEAN EVERYONE LOOKED UNHAPPY TO BE THERE! THEY SEEMED TO BE IRRITATED BY QUESTIONS BEING ASKED! Unfriendly service and Im spending my hard earned cash! No thank you. So I suggest you clean up the store for one and hire people that want to be there!

I love this store, but the lines are often too long. The owners are too cheap to hire the correct # of employees.

So there I was, attempting to get a show together at a bar in Detroit’s East Side, when we realized we needed power cables. Well of course everything in the nearby Grosse Pointes closes at 6 PM on a Saturday, so we were left scrambling. Thankfully, Family Dollar was open and had what we needed. Prices were high-ish for a place called “Family Dollar”, but the service was excellent and the selection was solid. Thanks for helping us out when we needed it.

Rude and lazy staff. Guy sitting outside on cellphone supposed to be watching outside merchandise but to involved with phone conversation to answer questions. Then when he does answer hes rude. The inside looks like a tornado swept thru. The isles are junky and so many fall risk its unbelievable. Someone needs to clean this store up starting with staff then inside.

I like shopping at Family Dollar. Their prices are reasonable. The only problem, theres not enough people working there.

Decent place

The entire store was clutter and unorganized. The cashier is nice however she talked to her friend who was the previous customer throughout my whole transaction.

Family Dollar is convenient reasonable clean and have everything that you need in stock.

Very rude on night shift every time i go in there thay act very racist thay sould get new employees that know its 2017 the dude at the dore is nice i cant say he is rude i will never spend my money here again

Great family dollars and great customer service..

I found what I needed but as usual the store is dirty, crowded with boxes of unpacked items that shouldve been on the shelves. Also, they need to hire more cashiers because there are always long lines.

After visiting this store I learned that it had been robbed recently. There was a man who appeared to me to be a corporate rep, who was fiddling with shelf merchandise.When I asked him a question, his demeanor gave me the impression that he felt disdain for the customers in the store.I see no need for me to ever solicit that store again.

Inventory is mainly kept at a good level.

Paper, bottles and trash all over the parking lot! I asked a worker if they carried a product, she said, I dont know. The store just opened yet 2 workers were taking a break outside and one was talking about his TEN write ups...enough said about this store!
