Did great work for me on their first job. Have not been responsive since in several inquiries for additional work - missed a few deadlines due to radio silence in response for a small order that I put in. Did not stick to their word when they promised to have my most recent requests processed. I do my best to support local businesses and Im disappointed in how much the service differed from the 1st time I used them.
