Terrible communication, waited 3 full weeks after I’ve called numerous amount of times to get someone to come out and measure(after they told me 3 times they would come and never did) or even give me a estimate! Just for them to tell me 3 weeks later they can’t take on the job at this time with no excuse! Wasted my time & im very devastated !

Fast signs provided signage for us at Webers Restaurant & Boutique Hotel in Ann Arbor. It was a bit farther from other sign stores in the area but well worth it for our job. The owner, Brent, was knowledgeable, organized and efficient. The signs turned out as intended and installation went smoothly. Well continue to partner with Brent on future projects.

I live in Atlanta and came to Detroit for a class reunion. I needed several signs for the event. They sent me proofs ahead of time, and when I came in on Friday, everything was ready, it was perfect! Fastsigns is the ONLY company I could find who was actually in Downtown. I tried 2 other companies that said they were in Downtown Detroit. 7 miles outside the city IS NOT considered Downtown Detroit. When I called Fastsigns Downtown they took my order, provided a proof of what my signs would look like and had my signs ready the following day. I will only use Fastsigns downtown from here on out. #SupportDetroit.
