Went there about a week ago to get a straight pipe put on my vehicle because someone stole my Cadillac converter. I paid $80 just for my car to sound the same as if I didnt get nothing done.

Unprofessional, drop my pickup a while ago for a transmission repair. The owner ended up using it to dliver parts to his shop

They will work with you...like all auto shops...keep a eye open for progress to your vehicle and youll get the right service

Not a good experience. Took my car in repeatedly for the same issues. The prices are good but only if they really fix the issue. The men there will fast y’all you into thinking you are getting quality work but it’s 50/50.

Worst place I’ve ever got my car done at.1. Very unorganized2. Owner is very disrespectful3. They will charge you a price and put cheap parts on your car instead of at least standard partsI will be seeing the shop in court shortly they damaged my seats dust everywhere in the car smh just unbelievable on how unprofessional these people areSTAY AWAY

Ive always had a nice visit here with no problems. They always tell me whats going on with my car without trying to cheat me since Im a female. Their prices are excellent too.

Wow if you want to be ripped off and have a good opportunity to get robbed the sane time, come to Tigers. I was lied to and misled a bout the issues going on with my car. I work on. Cars am the time, but was just towed to this establishment. I told them I just want a diagnostic. Two people were working there and for two hours they sat in the corner smoking. When I went in to ask them if they had checked a certain area and they had the nerve to yell at me. They of course couldnt pinpoint the problem and wrote about a nonexistent part.To top matters off they insisted I pay in cashMByMm

Worst place ever never coming back here they always do temporary jobs on your cars and sometime return ur car in even worse condition from when you bring it in and I feel like they say its not about the money but when I told them I couldnt pay almost 900 to fix my car then they randomly drop it to almost 400 and now my car runs even worse when I got it back my stick shift nob practically came off of how lose it was and dont even why that was touched that way and everytime I shift it takes forever to catch on when it used to never run like that. This is by far my worst experience yet and I used to come here almost 5 years ago and they did the same thing back then, I thought there was new management it would be different but no I think its the same people who run this deathtrap for cars. Ive done brought 4 to 5 cars here and each time their was dissapointment but I finally learned my lesson and Im most definitely never going back their.

I thought they were helpful but I bought a car from them that had issues which I knew about but was promised that I could return to have turn signal fixed the next day, since that is a hazard to not have one. I returned and given the cold shoulder, the manager Tbone, wouldnt even address me, he sent the guy from the office to tell me he was too busy and basically had more important things to do. I ended up going to another shop where I found out the car had as many issues as the one I was getting rid of. Now a few months later, the transmission went out, waste of time and money.
