Not organized, its like they havent clean since the 18th century.. The people are polite outside the good work they do.

Been dealing with them for over 10 years have not had any major problems lady that works the front desk is usually pretty nice had a couple sound systems installed few alarms and a few remote car starter

They hook me up after car toys rip me off car toys doesnt warranty work but they do good professional install I will never go any where else they the truth keeping my money in black owned businesses thank ya again for hooking me up keep up the good work🙂🙂🙂

My daughters car alarm was malfunctioning so I called to see if they could help. I had the alarm put on about 8 years ago and needed it to be removed asap. I went up and spoke with Kevin...nice gentleman... mind you there were about to close .I told him the problem and he said the fob was broken...long story short ..he told me to have her bring it up and they removed it.. I was willing to pay extra but he told me no ...Thank you so much...I love this place. They put my alarm on my new vehicle also...

Called them on the phone, they were polite and took the time to answer my questions, no attitude. Just showed up today, they took me right away. I purchased a great car alarm with a pager feature, to tell me if the alarm is going off a mile away. I also bought a stereo and four speakers. The price for everything installed was really amazing (super happy with the price) and they had it all installed in 2 hours. They were super nice, knowledge and professional. You would be crazy to go anywhere else in Detroit. The stereo never sounded so good! And a lifetime warranty!!! They stand behind their work and what they sell.

I Had an alarm and remote starter installed at the last minute on 2-5-20 ..I called Kevin and explained how bad I needed the work done,,, he thought about it (really didn’t wanna do it and didn’t have to, cause it was after closing hours)... now I’m not encouraging anyone to do the same thing,,, but they have great product and prices!! The guy who did the the installation is one bad mf (don’t know his name)..it’s a young lady there who treats you like family and plays really good music while you wait.. best experience I’ve ever had at any business! Please support this business!! They really care and stand %100 percent behind their work (with lifetime guarantees)..Mickey Shorr’s and other shops can’t touch them! It’s the best by far! I grab some fliers and passed them out to unknown ppl..please support this business! Great staff! If they did a commercial, I’d speak for free! Mind you, I’ve never posted anything about any person, place or thing,, but they deserve it

The worst place ever dont go here ..... paid for service then they wait until a hour before closing and tell me they could hook my speakers up ..... waisted a WHOLE day of my time .....DONT GO HERE!!!
