Ive rode by for years, but never needed glass services, until recently thieves tried to break in my vehicle, and my window fell off track so I thought. I went in, based off of friends recommendations, and the service was pretty laid back, but with very good customer interaction. Went in spoke with the co-owner told him, my problem and he said it would be a few minutes. Within 30 mins I was taken care of and right before a torrential downpour came. Thanks guys. Ill be back for future repairs. 😊

They really took care of me, I was running late and got there 30 mins before closing. The guy at the desk told me I might be too late, because the guys in the back like yo leave on time. He said hell see what he can do. He came back and they said theyll take me. I thought that was really great of them, because they couldve turned me away but they didnt.

Showed up at the shop bright and early for start window replacement, And was told it would be $80. Not a bad price but the wait, was terrible as I was the first customer and 4-5 other people was seen and their job was completed. The service man was rude, never gave me an update of the duration or what the delay was about and seemed to casually laughed about the wait due to not having the actual window in stock. Completely terrible experience.

These guys are FOS!!! My dads car was stolen and the door glass was broken. He took it there for repair. He was told that the regulator needed replacing. He didnt have the money that day so they half way installed it. About a month later, the glass fell off track so i accompanied him to the shop. He was told again that he needed to replace the regulator. BS!!! The regulator was good before the theft. Anyway it was close to closing and they could do the repair the next day. Why is it that when i took the panel off, all the parts to the old regulator were there. Simple fix that took 30 minutes. I noticed that they told every customer the same story. A regulator cost around $100 plus labor. Its easy to return non electrical poster parts to reputable auto part stores without a receipt for store credit. Even if they really install the new part,, why alou should you spend unnecessary money?Shame on you guys!!!
