This is the first time in my life ever having to get my car towed and scrapped. These guys definitely made it easy and convenient for me! John (one of the guys who came for my car), offered to pick me up from my house to go to where my car broke down. Super friendly and helpful. I was also offered a little more than what my car is worth for scrapping which was very nice. I would definitely recommend 10/10.

Overall my experience with annual towing & scrap car removal was a good experience with them for the most part. The person that I speak to over the phone was very friendly and professional and gave me a good deal for my car. Even though it did took a while for the towing service to come to my house to pick up the car when they came it was a quick and fast and i was promised the money that I was offered over the phone. In the end I would recommend this business to others as well.

They offered me a reasonable price based on the current market, and he was very forthcoming with the information I needed to make a sound decision, as to whether or not I wanted to scrap it. Had to scrap our van the other day and man was I glad I called these guys. I worked with Gary and he was nothing but upfront and honest. From the quote on how much he could give us for the van to how long it would take him to meet us to pick it up. Would recommend these guys 10 out of 10 times.

After calling 2 different companies and both of them giving appointments and not showing up to pick up my junk car, I called these guys. John set the time and Gary showed up. You can call and get a price..but no one ever shows up. Called this place on two different occasions and both times, after I talked to the woman first, nobody answered after that and no one came like promised. Would not recommend.
