I purchased a used, rebuilt truck on Ebay through them. I knew that having a previously totaled vehicle that was repaired could some with a few issues. However I saved about 10-15k off the book price. I received the truck and loved it! It was clean, rides nice and everything they said it would be. When I got home, there were a few issues that developed, but nothing major. Water pump, air conditioner not working, stuff that was small. They worked with me from over 500 miles away and paid for all the expenses. I am totally happy and still love the truck. When its my wife turn to purchase a new vehicle I hope they are still around!

After struggling with a few other dealers, I brought in my Brother -in-law to buy a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado from ultra motors that was priced about $7000 less than it’s true worth. Now, a few months after, I am thankful to say the car has been great and I am happier than ever. I sent a buddy of mine who is a builder, and he picked up 2 trucks himself. These guys are super honest and well-mannered. I will definitely do business with them again.

Bought a rebuilt Tacoma via eBay with 31,000 miles. I knew going into this purchase I may encounter some problems, but for the price I got it for vs. the price of the same vehicle that wasn’t rebuilt (about $10,000 less) it seemed worth the risk. All in all I’m happy with the purchase. There were a couple issues I had the first few months that the seller did help subsidize the repair costs. One issue was the air conditioning didn’t work because the condenser was replaced during the rebuild but was never recharged. Since I bought it in January I didn’t bother checking how it functioned. A lot of new cars are switching to a new refrigerant called R-1234yf which cost about $100/lb. and had to call 4 different dealers before I found one that had the equipment required to install it. To get it recharged at the dealer cost me $380, the seller agreed to pay for most of it and I paid $100. That seemed pretty fair considering it didn’t fall under the 5,000 mile power train warranty. Other then that, I had to replace the radiator because it started leaking which seemed odd considering it was less then a year old.

Was a little disappointed in this car. I bought a Lincoln MKZ. The transaction process was great. However, I received the car some things weren’t as advertised. It was a rebuilt car and that was understood. But it wasn’t put together the best. I still had the sticky window, the mirror in visor was broken. The ceiling of the vehicle wasn’t put together nicely, a tear in the carpet, a tear in the seat (neither talked about in discussions) the dash wasn’t fully secured and not put together properly (looks terrible and noticed by everyone). I asked for some simple things to be taken care of. Some chemicals to take care is the window and a new mirror. They said yes no problem. I bought the car in January. They told me many times (yes it’s in the mail you should have it any time). I never received it after many times contacting them about it and giving multiple chances to make my experience better. Unfortunately my experience was not good and my consumer confidence in a rebuilt car has gone down tremendously!
