Took my car in on the 17th it is now the 28th and I still haven’t received a price on the repair nor a call, I’ve had to call them and I keep getting the same run around for a minor repair. I’m seeing other reviews with people having the same issues clearly they don’t care don’t take your car to them.

Mike was a very good guy he gave me the real answer about the work for my truck and that us a good place to have work done there give me a good quote and it is reasonable....

They did a great job on my car. Whenever I rode by at night my car was never left outside. Mike is a good guy and does excellent work.

The repair and replacement of my fender, bumper and hood from damage due to a car crash was amazing. My car is looking good again. Excellent work. They definitely takes their time to get it right. Im a satisfied customer.

I took my Dodge demon the best place

I Explained To the technician what was wrong with my car. He said he understood and charged me 150$. Then return my car with the same problem but put a Band-Aid over it. He just popped my dent out never fixing my front Fender. A bunch of SCAMMERS in that place!!!!

Took my car in on Monday had it back on Thursday. They did a beautiful job and the owner was very polite and nice to me. My husband and I are seniors and the owner was very helpful. They even provided us with a loaner while are car was being fixed.

Thought I had lost my vehicle in total wreck until a friend of mine recommended the collision shop, after they completed my 2014 Camry it came out looking brand new as if it were never ina accident great work honest staff Steve is the man I appreciate you

TERRIBLE, RUDE AND NOT UPFRONT. The prices are terrible and they are always trying to con you into spending more money than you need. When I tried to talk through it with them.. MIKE was terrible and threatening.

BEWARE!!!This shop will try to scam you. Made an agreement with Mike to make payments on the $540 in storage fees that my insurance carrier wouldnt cover because this wasnt one of their preferred vendors to release my car...When i arrived at the shop I was told by Lisa that all I had to pay was the $500 deductible and she would wave the storage fees and she would deal with Mike if he got upset about it...Reality was that I didnt even owe them the deductible because They DID NOT REPAIR THE CAR AND MY INSURANCE CARRIER TOTALED MY CAR OUT!! When i made it known to them that I was aware that they scammed me out of $500, Mike stated he would only refund half...They new up front my situation and they pretended to care and wanted to help make this process easy and stress free...I an filing a complaint with the state licensing board and the BBB.. You cant expect good things to happen to you when you willingly choose to kick people when they are already down....

Worst experience EVER!!!! If I could give no stars I would. Very unprofessional and dishonest. They overcharged me for crap work and never finished the job. If the manager Sam wasnt so busy hitting on me maybe he couldve have got his job done. There were other customers in the shop complaining of work never being finished as well. All in all this is the worst decision I ever made DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL SCAM YOU
