Worst customer service ever. No one greeted people as they walked in. Store employees ignored everyone. Not one employee said good afternoon, well be with you in a moment or please sign in here. As more people entered into this chaotic scene I decided to leave. Will not be back to this location to waste more of time. Please invest in basic retail customer service training.
I had just walked into the location I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION EVER!!! AGAIN!!! The employee lied about my phone and told it was stolen lied to me right in my face didnt even show me to let me me know went to another location and the phone was fine and WAS NOT LISTED AS STOLEN OR LOST!! if he didnt want to deal with me he couldve just said so! If this location tells you one thing please make sure they show you Instead of lying right in youre face Ill continue to go else where to another tmobile But this one Ill forever pass up!!!

A few weeks ago I went in looking to upgrade both my phone and my wifes phone. I have been a long time customer and have never been wowed by any tmobile employees. I was in the area and happened to go into this store and was helped by a very friendly staff. The star of the show was the manager on duty Adrian. I cant say enough good things about his level of customer service and his staff. I will definitely be returning back to this store in the future

Efrain is very, very, very rude. I went in to purchase an ipad. He voluntarily told me that all the apple stores were closed. This had nothing to do with me but he wanted to tell me anyway. When I asked about a specific apple location, he got annoyed and became very rude; out of nowhere. I was in a very good mood walking into this store and have NEVER walked out of a store because of rude service. I have also NEVER written a bad review. Today I felt it was necessary. Its obvious Efrain is having a bad day; I hope everything gets better for him. I, unfortunately, am going to a different t-mobile. Efrain should take a class on customer service.Update: This email address they posted in response to this post is either fake or they had no intention of wanting to chat about the issue. No problem.
This place is rampant with miscommunication. Huriel guaranteed that I was to pay $95/month, yet I was being charged $150. When questioned, they claimed it would take 3-4 billing cycles to reflect, so I waited. 5 months later, still $150. So I stopped by to speak a rep. Once I told Kim what was going on, verified my ID to my account info but she refused to even look into my issue any further than that. She instead insisted that I misheard the first rep and that the $150 were correct. Which they are not. I will not be returning to this location, and will travel the extra 10 minutes to Waxahachie whenever necessary. Unacceptable.

Went in to make some changes to my account and Edgar assisted us. I commend him on being so patient and giving us his full attention. Iβve put off making the changes for a while because I knew itβll be time consuming, but he made it a breeze and heβs truly an asset to the team.
Very rude staff I waited 30 plus minutes for them to even say anything to me. I will never recommend anybody to come to this location. They seriously need to be retrained on customer service.
I have had great service at this location several times. The most recent, Adrian helped me recover my broken phone. I was in a rush between jobsites and he took care of the change over quickly and efficiently, I could tell he was a professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Many thanks to the T-mobile team!
I love this store. Every time I come in they seem enthused to see me. The energy in there is great. The music bumping the employees coaching with each other. I feel like Im wanted. They make sure Im always walking out with something new lol. Almost like a big group of sharks. Great T-Mobile store.

They have gotten a lot better with the time it takes to get service. However, verify EVERYTHING they tell you when trying to get you to make a purchase. I repeat call 611 and VERIFY.... this location has had employees in the past like to get you to make a purchase and lie again when confronted with said lie. Just a fair warning that may save you $$$ in the long run.
We were convinced to switch our two lines to T-Mobile by one of their representatives. But they provided us with false information on the FREE galaxys we were getting for switching. It turns out we werent eligible for the free devices but three of their on site employees wouldnt bother telling us. We were assured that we would be receiving gift cards for the price of the devices but after a few phone calls we were told by their customer service that it wasnt the case. Ended up returning them both. The actual coverage from T-Mobile is decent but I would probably recommend bringing in your own device or paying for it up front. Avoid those Free gimmicks.
Jasmin was very helpful, nice, and very knowledgeable about the devices, I have never had a customer service Representative make sure I was comfortable with my phone, and in teaching me how to work my phone, I highly recommend her, to friends and family, she was very patient and kind, I will always come back here for other items, when I need them.
Great T-mobile store. The music is a little too loud sometimes, but the workers are awesome. Always willing to help and ensure you get your problems solved. It does stay busy. Keddrick is great! Always helpful and smiling. The whole team works well together.

First off, who the hell pays their phone bill at the store? The T-Mobile app helps you pay that. Skip the line. If you in that line waiting to pay your bill its your own damn fault. And if the have so-called βbad attitude β most likely you get triggered too easily and need to pipe down or you upset the employee. The staff is amazing and will do anything to help, and I mean anything. The store is lively and evry employee is amazing. Deserves more praise. Yβall bad reviews hatin π€

A loyal customer of 2 years, I was very disappointed with the service at this location. I dont recommend any one buy a phone from this store because if there is a problem with the device they will not let you exchange it, even if it was within the fourteen days of being purchased without charging you fifty dollars. When calling 611 a representative there let my husband know it should not have been a problem and that the customer was should always be right, especially since it had only been 8 days that I had purchased the cellular phone. I must admit the sales representatives were very attentive and friendly, but the manager on the other hand was rude and unprofessional. She would not even acknowledge my husband or self, being that we obviously had a problem she wouldnt even communicate with us or explain why a simple exchange couldnt be made for the same exact device.
Im actually Quite glad that my name shows up. We decided to leave Verizon today to join this fine family of TMobile. So we go and crunch the numbers decide the phones and are ready to complete the transaction. We find out 20 minutes after close and after an hour of being in the store that the phones that we wanted were not in stock. So we were misled the entire time. Thanks T-Mobile for such an amazing experience.
This store doesnt come close to what it once was a year ago! It was a high volume store that people would drive great lengths to get to. Now, thanks to the district manager that they placed in the southern district a year ago, the store has gone to Hell. That store had the #1 sales rep in Dallas, Everett Jackson. But due to the district manager being intimidated by him he was let go. Now its a madhouse! Diversity is the key! You cant make an entire store hispanic in a black dominant part of town. Idiots!
Not satisfied with the customer service. I dont understand why you have to wait 45 min just to make a payment. You need someone who will do just payments for your customers to get them in and out. Metro pcs has speedy customer service when it came to payments.

The customer service on some days are good and some days it really sucks you have employees standing around doin nothing while folks are waiting to be helped they need to make the customer feel like they are of importance after all they are spending money not sure if Ill go back to this store

BAD!Chris P. helped me to transfer from Sprint to T-mobile and never mentioned me anything related to ETFs reimbursment. He never told me that I have to register in a website to start the application for that matter instead he told me that T-Mobile will take care of that That I dont have to worry. Days later I receive a call from T-Mobile offering me 2 gift cards for $150/each, I asked why? and they told me they are giving them to me to appreciate that I am a new customer, but NEVER TOLD ME THE TRUTH. If you ACCEPT those cards you AUTOMATICALLY DONT QUALIFY ANYMORE to receive the ETF Reimbursment. Thats the way they get rich. I called to store manager of that store in Desoto and never called me back, I talked to assistant manager and promised me to call me back but never happened. DISSAPOINTED 101%

Employees stand around talking when theres a lobby full of customers, and then there will be two or three employees on one customer issue while other customers wait for hours!
Waited for 1 hour, they kept on ignoring the fact that i was first before alot of people. The guys take so long to help you out. This T-Mobile is the worst of them all.

In this place it took more than 10 minutes to receive me and they did when they noticed that I was recording them, a girl approached and asked me to wait my turn in Spanish and then a boy became trying to intimidate me for having recorded them and said no She spoke Spanish and I told her that I was going to record it and she went to get the manager and she told me that it cannot be recorded because it is a corporation and I told her that where did she say what she stooped down to and she said not to record please What I agreed but they cannot help since she could only lend me the phone to make my claim. To which she also tried to communicate without success and after an hour it could not be done in addition to the low quality of lines since the call is cut and there is no signal in various places
