I want to start off and saying I walked in this morning and immediately saw manager fighting his employee very unprofessional. I kept looking around and saw 2 rats running across the isle I quickly let the manager know and he laugh in my face and told me if brought them from home ?? like are you kidding me. Will never be going back and wasting my money here. I feel horrible for the girls that work here. If I could give them 0 stars I would if you see this PLEASE take your money somewhere else.

Very VERY rude manager. Went into the store this morning and i heard him cursing out his employee! The place also had this HORRID smell to it and when i asked the manager if he could open the door to let the smell go he said that maybe i should close my legs!! LIKE WHAT!? Honestly take your business elsewhere, this place is so unprofessional, it’s crazy. I’ve never ever had an experience quite like this

I like the store very nice people

I came to this beauty supply on June 09,2021 and I purchased items that totaled to $33.53 and have the receipt as proof and somehow got charged $335.53. I called the store to see what could be done and I was rushed off the phone because they were about to close in 10 minutes! I really don’t recommend coming here! They will scam.

Its a decent place to get some qiick utens but not as much variety as it is a small beauty supply store l.

Across from the Walmart in DeSoto in the strip mall. Reasonable prices. Have always been courteous and respectful.

Some of the hair products are not authentic ! Cream of Nature Extra Hold turns white, however when I purchase this product at Sallys it dont turn white .

There bundles are the best, love the short girl who works there she so nice and funny, it’s nice and neat, pretty braid colors, I recommend honestly

Rude chubby Hispanic man wouldn’t let me exchange some braid hair for a Different color. Blamed his reason was because of covid but do you know how many people have touched that hair BEFORE it even reached the store. Then him and another employee stood there and spoke in Spanish about my situation and that is PURE DISRESPECT! I have been a customer here for years but now I’m seeing that I need to take my money elsewhere. It was literally in the same bag and everything. I didn’t cause a scene and I still spent money there since I OBVIOUSLY needed the hair but never again!

Absolutely love this store it’s right by my house and has my fav brand of shampoo motions and there fluffy slides are so cute and not expensive, best little Shop in DeSoto, well taken care of 😊

All I heard was LOUD Spanish from the employees, too busy having personal conversations to help. What is so crazy, they think other people of color dont speak Spanish and understand the negative statements said about customers. Unprofessional.....go somewhere else! Take OUR dollars somewhere else!

They DONT ACCEPT CASH APP DEBIT CARDS!!!!Everything is over priced and the customer service is lacking. The short Hispanic girl is rude. Im taking my business to Jennys. And they dont give any free samples or discounts.

Came this morning to grab some hair and they’re not open. Online states they open at 8am and it’s now 815am and no one is here and the doors are locked. There are no hours of operation on the doors that show different hours. If the hours are not correct online they need to be changed this is definitely an inconvenience to your customers.

They use to value customers, when they had just one store. I miss Lucy the owner. She was nice and funny!!

I bought some hair from here and when I got it home it had a terrible smell. I washed it several times and it was ok after that. Anyway when I went back to the store I told them about it and the clerk gave me this What are you telling me for? attitude. I even asked her to smell for herself and she said no and left said hair on the shelf to be sold. I will never go here again because I felt she was totally rude.

Desoto need to clean up businesses with poor customer service. (Lack of anything towards blacks) Please check my reviews and other, I DO NOT MAKE COMPLAINTS! But when you disregard me as a customer to take care of someone of a different race ( same race as the cashier) theres a lack of respect for me as a customer. I will not shop at this place ever again.

Employees were rude and didnt want to assist with products. Was talking about another employee who didnt show up and didnt check her work schedule.

The customer service is horrible. Go somewhere else to spend your hard earned money. Ill drive to Mexico instead of driving across the street to purchase hair items. They say rude things in Spanish not knowingly I speak it fluently. I wont be back for Nada!!
