Great explanation of entire process along with quality service on my repaired car. Car issues and repairs can be tricky, so you have to understand that time is needed for the whole process of ordering, planning, repairing and finishing. Almost all shops were backed up and busy in my area, but I was able to get my car back in a timely manner with warranty on the repairs if ever needed. Friendly, professional and informative on updates so you cant be left behind!

CDE has been great. Delivered the car 10 days earlier than expected which was awesome. This isnt the first time Ive used them to repair a car after an accident and their work is phenomenal. Great staff and location. They were very helpful in helping with my insurance claim after my wife was in an accident. The car was totalled, so I didnt get the chance to see their handiwork, but collecting my personal items from the car was easy and hassle free. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable when answering my concerns.Will be considering them as a go to for any repairs needed in the future. Ill update any reviews to reflect that.

My car had been side swiped while parked in downtown Chicago. The whole passenger side of my BMW from front fender to back wheel well was damaged. CDE Collision Center was at my house within 20 mins of phone call. Matt reviewed and documented what needed to be repaired/replaced. They took my car 15 mins after my rental was delivered. The next day I received a call with a complete estimate that was already approved by my auto insurance company to proceed with the repairs. I felt informed. Matt made me feel as if I had my vehicle in the best hands and to expect quality workmanship with high standards. CDE Collision quoted two weeks for my car to be ready. Along the way Matt would call every 4 days to say parts have arrived quickly and we are able to improve the pick up date by 5 days. As a client, this is good news as I was anxious to see how nice my car looked and was able to shave off the days of paying for rental car. If anyone is looking for a dependable collision company with high standards who works well with insurance companies....CDE Collision is who you need to do the job!!! I am absolutely satisfied and incredibly happy with the work CDE completed on my 2014 Buck Verano.I found myself in quite the pickle on a Friday morning when I found a note on my car and a foot and a half diagonal dent in my driver side door. The damage looked bad, and even worse, I had a buyer coming to see the vehicle the the next weekend.I went over to CDE based on a neighbors recommendation and Frank took great care of me. I explained the situation I was in with the timeline I was worried about, and the CDE team we above and beyond for me. All of the damage was fixed ahead of schedule, and I was able to get the car back just in time to show the buyer and sold the car.A definite well earned 5 stars for you CDE! Thank you so much. The best experience I ever have had with an auto repair. First, the customer area is clean and welcoming. You would have no idea you were in a body shop. Second, our interaction with Dave was superb. He was friendly and helpful, explaining every step of the process. He said he would get back to us the next day with an estimate of cost and time and he was on the phone with us by 9:30 am the next day with all information. The rental car service was understaffed and, therefore, we had to wait about 30 minutes for our rental car, but Dave was on the phone with them at the 15-minute mark to light a fire under them. Because of the wait, the rental company gave us a double upgrade and told us to empty the tank on them. The body work was completed 2 days before Daves estimated completion date and it was absolutely top-notch. You never would have know I had been hit by another car. Bonus: They detailed the car!!! The car was way overdue for a wash, and they returned it thoroughly washed on the outside and meticulously clean on the inside.

They did a great job replacing my front bumper. They communicated with me & checked in throughout the process which I really appreciated. They completed working on my car in less than a week! Even vacuumed it out for me. Above & beyond expectations. Highly recommend

Honestly go elsewhere. Quoted a amount that would get the whole car painted to fix 4 panels, which I would be fine paying, if they would put any sort of guarantee on their work. Also just sketchy to move from me wanting to paint the fenders, doors, and rear quarter to talking about how the engine will need to be removed to paint the firewall. Important to note that I was going with the factory color, not some crazy custom color.I went to another shop after, where this time I didnt give my budget upfront and the quoted a price that matched the research I did.

I brought my 2014 Honda CRV to repair the passenger side front door and fender that was dented and scratched by someone after I parked it in a store parking lot. CDE did a beautiful repair job and also washed it andvacuumed the interior. It looked like a brand new car when I came to pick it up. Im very happy with the results.

Friendly and professional service

I was referred to CDE by Geico because I wanted to pay out of pocket. My vehicle was hit by a large security gate. I called CDE around 4:15pm to ask if I could get a same day estimate and the super nice receptionist told me to come in. Not only did I get the estimate...they fixed it! I was blown away. If you want great work and excellent customer service, I highly recommend CDE!

Great service and quality repairs!

I went there and the front desk took my information and made me wait over an hour. When the adjuster came out, he refused me service and said I had to take it to Progressive even though we are insured through Geico. I wasted my time there. All I wanted was an estimate. This is terrible service.

Worst place! Beware, bad customer service and long wait time. Waited over an hour before they said they cannot give you an estimate. They dont know what they are doing.
