We had a wonderful experience with Stone Age Granite during our remodeling project that spanned the better part of a year and included 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen. Leslie was patient in answering all of our questions and offering detailed information and suggestions. She showed us what granite and quartz they have in stock at their showroom but also invited us to view other options at their suppliers warehouse. We were able to choose the custom sink for our kitchen, and with each of our separate measurement and installations, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, working with us when we needed our countertops held until we were ready for installation to occur within our project timetable. Terrible customer service . House 3 years old had counter top repaired for crack at 1 year . Was told if repair does not hold to contact them . Repair did not hold . I contacted them . Response was we will replace at no cost just need to order piece . Never heard anything after a month . Called and was told from the receptionist that they would give the message to their boss and have him call . This never happened I called several times for months . Then I called again last week was told same thing .

Not sure what is going on with this place. When we decided to finish our basement we bought the product from Stone Age Granite and everything went well. However, I am now working on finishing wer bar area and am wanting to install a granite counter top. When I called to order, expecting to be good experience like last time, I was told they were too busy and weren’t interested in having my business. I would suggest changing your website to reflect your business goals.

I met with Andrew today regarding the installation of new granite or quartz countertops. He was very considerate & professional. He did tell me that I would not be able to have stone installed because of the prefab cupboards I have in my manufactured home. They wouldnt hold the weight of the stone. Although I was disappointed, I did appreciate his honesty. He also gave the name of a company that does great laminate work, so Ill have to give them a try. I also have friends who just had countertops installed by Stone Age and they are extremely happy so give Stone Age a call!

I am building a house and went there for granite countertops. I needed countertops for a large kitchen, pantry, laundry room, wet bar, and 3 bathrooms. Total of 160 sqft of granite. They have very little granite in stock...you have to drive across town to a distributor. They sent us there to pick out granite. After doing so, they called to tell us they did not want my business. They were too busy. If youre job is under $10,000, do not go there. Its not worth their time.
