Worst customer service ever!!!! Im surprised this business is still open. The lady at the store was so rude and not willing to help. There should be a zero star is what they deserve.

I had a very good experience with JC and their staff. The quality for the price was excellent. They work fast and their work is accurate. They were extremely patient and helpful in correcting my own builders damage.

The worst installation I have ever seen. So they show up in a 1980s truck with two illegals. Then they proceed to take the granite out of the truck, and dropped it right in front of me. They then started cutting the granite in my yard on some old 4x4s. They cut the slabs in my yard with a grinder. The cuts were really crooked, and not even polished. I thought some how they were going to polish them. They then proceeded to install, I though they were just trying to dry fit them. They then glued them down and walked away. Rough edges, Not polished. The cuts look like Fred flinstone used a chisel . I am in a litigation battle with them as well speak. I warned you. If they do not give me my money back, I will make sure they are shut down.

Very, very poor customer service. Bought a quartz slab for my island countertop. Was given non polished and chipped on several areas. We will never recommend this business EVER!

Just had them install new granite tops. Grace and her staff were wonderful to deal with and I would definitely recommend them. Price was right and install was superb.

Theyve supplied cabinets and granite for at least 15 of our kitchens and weve been thrilled with the products and prices. Theyre busy and your turn isnt instantaneous.

Scored a beautiful little granite slab for $75 to replace a laminate countertop when we remodeled our bathroom. For a little extra, they drilled a hole in it for a vessel sink I bought. Perfect!

The owner is very rude, their prices are very high considering lousy cabinets that fall apart immediately. beware from purchasing there, you will regret it like I did.

Terrible. After installation, we found that they sold us granite that had several chips on the forward edge. We didnt notice they were filled with a similar color putty until cleaning the counter for the first time. This is when the putty started to dissolve and left divots in the most visible part of the counter. In addition, their fingers were covered with melted liquid nails and left globs of the compound permanently smudged in 3 areas. Lastly, communication was horrendous with the staff. They will ignore texts, give partial or incomplete information and greatly complicate any kind of coordination. The show-room is a disaster and the stone yard is absolutely decrepit. I have no idea how they are still in business, maybe just because they have several hundred tons of broken rock and slabs that no one would ever want to clean up the rubble in order to put something new there. Dont try to save a few bucks here, commit to the nicer places near SoDo.

Warning all people American, Asian dont do business with this Jc Marble Expo. I had do a big mistake of my life when order cabinets from them, I spent over $7k for cabinets but very poor quality and they didnt the design, after installed look very bad. If any body want to see my kitchen just lets me know.

Really poor quality cabinets and this company does not honor any returns even though they say they would return items without any issues. They kept my cabinets and $4000 I paid for them. This company is full of scam artists.

Beware!!!! Granite installers stole $1000 cash out of a contractors wallet while he was outside working. Confronted owner Henry, he said he would talk with his workers and get back to me...its been four days and no call back!

The worse service ever install a big kitchen Whit tow different colors on it and they are not responding for a $6000 dollars worth plus cabinets incomplete was give and they sent me from the shop to the where House more then 10 times already not worth a penny service is the worse Julia the front desk is terrible at giving the answer to a question .and get mad when i ask has a contractor I need to know where to go to law suit them
