Seeing as I am a minor, I did not have as much fun as I could have at the tobacco outlet plus. The smell of the place took a star away from the review but the needle box in the bathroom was a nice touch.

So I normally love this place and the staff. But today I ran into a very rude cashier.Me: HI, may I have a pack of Newport 100 please?Rude cashier: No!.Me: Excuse me??Rude cashier: No maam you cant....I literally had to calm myself down because my next words were not going to be nice.Then she finally says we are all out. I just walked away. I have never experienced this before at this store, and I go their often. I honestly think Im not going back. Instead I will go to the new smoke shop in Altoona. It was on a Sunday around 11am.

Several months ago I was looking for Lucky Strikes for a friend - they are not generally sold in the U.S. anymore, but some sellers will import them. I stopped here late afternoon on a Saturday and it was closed - it seems the hours are counterintuitive or wonky.So I continued my search - apparently QT imports Lucky Strikes; they are not displayed & are kept under the counter, but they stock limited quantities. Also, they stay open for business at normal times.Note: Dont smoke Lucky Strikes; theyre neat to have on display for a film buff amidst other nostalgia, but they are old school, completely unfiltered. Only cool Europeans can smoke these & survive; it probably relates to American excess & lack of self control...(?)
