I was going to buy a headset today and I’ve asked the cashier if it’s a good one, she suggested another one and told me if it’s not good I can return it if I don’t like it. I just got to my truck and made couple of calls to check it and it wasn’t good so I got back to the store to return it the same cashier who told me I can return it was there still but she didn’t know how to make a return so she had to ask someone else to do it, other cashier stated that it’s not returnable and she can only exchange it, it’s not good and the cashier next to told me that I can return I said and the return policy on the receipt says that I can return it in 7 days so why not? Finally she returned it after a long argument.

No air at deisel pumps. Basic.

They made this lot reserved all the way to the back?! No wonder its empty at 1700. Well... I guess its time to take my business elsewhere.

This pilot is absolutely ghetto fabulous, half the parking lot is reservation only and the other half is regular what a way to get more revenue and the showers you’ll be lucky if they give you one towel and Subway sandwich is closed and the sandwiches that The Pilot sells are all soggy.I will make sure to never stay at this pilot ever again if I have to stay somewhere else I will.

Compared to the pilot in Kansas City this place is a palace. Clean, well stocked, polite staff working hard. Plenty of parking, would definitely recommend.

Reserve spots. Seriously almost the entire lot. Oh and the spots you have to blind side back.

Im a independent contractor & am a vendor for Pilot. Everyone is always friendly, kind, & helpful. There is also a subway here inside.

They have made to many 24 hour and 2 hour car parking spots. The OTR drivers have minimal to no places to park there personal vehicles while in the road without fear of getting towed. Once Loves parking lot construction is done we will start parking parking the semi when were home.

I took a shower bought dinner and then was asked to leave because I was parked in the behind all the other trucks-totally out of the way not blocking any way out... And my time had expired an hour before. I will not be patronizing this business again.

Look for the sign that says truck entrance and it’s a tight right turn. Won’t stop here again it’s pretty close quarters parking with a Schneider terminal inside of it . When I was overseas the drivers parking area looked just like this. Trash and bottles thrown about . Welcome to American trucking 2019

RV/Camper friendly!! If your tired and need a place to rest for the night here it is! They have a huge lot with tons of parking spaces! I liked the laid back atmosphere here. 👍👍

Didnt get my rewards points, I was told to call number on back of card. They arent open. Last time I called I was told my points on that occasion would be added but they werent. So now I guess its regular occurance to screw professional truck driver.

Nellie and Kalie are amazing ladies! I absolutely never go to a pilot but this time my company sent me to a pilot last night I pulled in. I got up this morning went in and was greeted by these wonderful ladies, absolutely amazing personalities, funny as hell excellent customer service couldn’t of asked for better. I will definitely make sure that when I’m in this area this will be on my stop list! The showers are spotless and store is amazingly clean! Not like any of the other pilots I’ve been to! Excellent Job ladies 💯👏🏼👏🏼

Very friendly personnel and helpful too. While I was there an elderly couple in their late 80s pulling a motor home was there and the assistance the cashier gave them was exceptional. This place also has a very busy summer way which tells me it also is a good place.

Great gas prices. Bring your Good Sam card and save $ on gas. Your pilot card gives you a discount inside the store. They had Clean restrooms. They offer Fresh coffee. I always choose Pilot or Flying J gas stations when traveling. RV friendly parking lot. Great road trip snacks. Kid friendly. Downloaded the Pilot app. Overnight RV parking allowed at some centers but CALL-ahead to make a reservation first. Be considerate and Do not take up a big rig space to run into the store.

I love Pilots, they are generally very clean and well maintained, friendly staff and decent prices. They are always easy to fine from the highway and parking is well lit. The hot foods can be a little iffy, some hot, some cold and some old. Always check product dates as some items move faster than others. In winter weather they do an excellent job of keeping the snow of the service area. Jeff

Love Pilot. Bathrooms always decent and in pretty good repair. This one was fully stocked with seat liners and toilet paper! They also have a nice inventory of snacks, souvenirs, clothing items and drinks.

Stopped at the Subway in Pilot. Great customer service and fresh food. Had no argument when I asked for fresh Tuna and fresh spinach that had not sat on the bar. Thank you!

Just as all the Pilot centers across the country, this was no exception. The center met all my needs, from fuel, to snacks, to souvenirs. The staff at this Pilot was just as professional as all the others I visited on my trip. Thank you very much, keep up the good work!

Inside the store, restrooms were clean. The shelves were fully stocked with merchandise, the fast-food area was very nice and clean. However; the truck parking area was very dirty with trash all over the concrete.Theres confusion over in the reserved parking area in a sense of there are no signs indicating its a reserved space. Also in one section, the non paid parking area that aligns with the reserved parking; the truckers in the non parking spots are backing into where theres no room for truckers that have paid for their spot.

Typical pilot, clean restrooms. Clean store. Friendly staff. I stop here 4-5 times a week

That shower was delicious just very glad they have them available to every traveler not just truckers. Coffee is the best also.

Weird parking set up with over long truck slots. Too long for one truck, too short for two, but that doesnt stop second trucks from parking anyway. So the lot is a disaster. Staff was nice. Showers were good. 4 stars just because of parking. I could barely escape my spot because of all the Super Truckers making their own spots.

Typical Pilot truck stop. They no longer have a “restaurant”. They have a subway. There are over a hundred parking spots but the back row is fenced off for a company... yet most of their drivers park out with everyone else. Which doesn’t give others room. Showers are good. Could use a few more employees.

Dirty and unkept restrooms, condiments and beverage accessories lacking, but a friendly staff and workers at the Subway that actually wash their hands after handling money. The comment about a foreigners haven is a racist PS!

Went to the Subway in this Pilot. And my goodness...There was only one person because the counter, that wasnt the issue though, the issue was the employee interacted with us as if they were a beat dog. Would not look at me or my old man, spoke so soft they had to be asked after ever question to repeat it because neither of us could hear what had been said to us.While I understand interactions at Subway are meant to be sweet, short and simple, it isnt supposed to be hard to hear and slightly rude. (Could be my perception on the rudeness.) Regardless, acting as if you are about to be verbally attacked even when your customers are being polite and non aggressive isnt whats going to bring in return customers. We wont be returning to this Subway anytime soon.

Bathrooms, men and womens, were disgustingly filthy. There was no coffee as in they had nothing to make coffee with, no creamer, no sugar, no milk, no nothing. Overheard an employee telling a customer they are only allotted a small amount of money a month to buy the products they need and its never enough to last a week. She kept apologizing to customers because pretty much everything they were asking about, they were out of. If thats house the owners run a business, wont be long before people just stop coming here. I know well never be back and will tell our company to never fuel drivers there again. Its a very poor reflection on the pilot/ flying j company name.

Truck stops should have coffee, not empty pots and other pots being cleaned. Especially when your slogan is the best coffee on the interstate. Quick stop to get fuel and coffee, ended up leaving with fuel only.

We try and stop at Pilots when were traveling. Their gas prices are the best around and if you sign up you even get more of a discount. Their stores have everything. You can get propane, your RV or whatever vehicle weighed. Its so handy. The bathrooms are clean and they carry a huge variety of beverages as well as snacks. You can get almost anything you need from there.

Good place to shop and eat. As people commented, entry/exit layout is funky. But whats worse is the parking lot layout. Looks like easy pull through parking in every spot in the map, but in reality, truckers just start parking their truck wherever they can fit it after a certain time, boxing people in. Im hoping I can actually get out in the morning as one truck is just parked crooked and another is parked lengthwise along the row in front of me. I guess I should avoid parking in the back row when I need to get out early because someone might get waken up at 3am to move.

Close to the airport, on the lake shore. The fan could be set to run continuously for white noise and the breakfast was excellent

Been here many times and sure would be nice if I didnt get dirty looks from the men who work there when I check in for reserved parking.

Showers were great, the one sales associate said and I was quote, “I can help the next guest please, I have a lot of stuff to do so let’s move it along!” Midwest is going to the birds with customer service lately!!

After youve finished filling up, departing this gas station with a car costs you 8-10 minutes as youre required to drive around in a large circle, nearly a city block in size. Then you arrive at a sensored stop light which takes several minutes to trigger. None of the lanes are marked so you dont know where to stop. The road is barely used after rush hour and should trigger almost immediately. The owner needs to lobby the city to improve items mentioned above.

Appreciate lower gas prices and offer of 3¢ off per gal with Pilot Card.

They must have had a glitch in the computer cause none of the diesel pumps worked. I tried three. Other than that its a good place.

Its a nice clean place with bathrooms that were messy looking but other than that good service and a good selection of snacks and drinks to choose from.

We pulled in by the semis, parking off to the side to be out of the truckers way. We slept perfectly fine, and were on our way. They have everything you need at pilot.

Nice travel center. Just stopped in for gas and restroom stop. Easy access and exit from and to the interstate.

This truck stop has an entrance and exit problem that needs to be fixed . Cars try to exit behind the truck fuel pumps and when the truck trys to pull in from the street, it cant make a wide turn because car is in the way waiting on a green light, which is making a traffic jam. Also Pilot needs to put bigger signs, so many truckers are confused where to get in or get out.

Would have been nice if the Subway was open. Guess Im stuck eating garbage for lunch again.

Parking lot is nasty. I feel you need a tetanus just to get out of the truck! Personal vehicles, dropped trailers, and crazy parking design make this place awful!! Inside store isnt bad tho!

Parking is slim, Schneider has co-opted parking lot making it smaller. Only has a Subway for food and has a low amount of showers/amenities... Plenty of diesel pumps in the diesel island but designed by a drunk monkey....

One of the nicer Pilot truck stop Ive seen. People were surprisingly nice which blew me away coming into a Pilot. I definitely recommend stopping.

If you are an RVr the price of diesel can be slightly inflated. But the travel centers are usually clean and a great place to park at night. Although if I park there I do fill up with diesel. It is only fair.

Over all good parking is tight but service and employees were courteous

Took family there for lunch at Subway. We were heading from there straight to a family event, and my high school daughter just finished a sand VB tourney and needed to shower, so she used the one there. There was no waiting, and she said the showers were very nice and clean - which says a lot coming from a teenage girl. Overall the place was clean, and the workers were nice and friendly.

Its about the same as the other Pilots, only difference is it has 17 showers, and 17 fuel pumps instead of the usual 5-10 on average makes the wait a lot shorter to fuel or shower. And they seem to be cleaner than some of the others I have been to But while youre waiting you can visit with the folks that work there always have a smile and a hello and just some good conversation if theyre not to busy. And with 350 parking spots with plenty of room to get in and out of them. Just need more than a Subway theres plenty of room for one or two more restaurants. A Godfathers pizza would be nice if they stay the fast food route. Overall pretty good when compared to some other brand name fuel stops. Will be stopping here more often. If nothing else because the Wi-Fi works here. Last few months some of the Flying js and Pilots you couldnt even get on the free WiFi inside much less the premium outside. Right now the Colorado and Wyoming stores suck!! This one here is the first one in about 2 months that I had absolutely no problem with. And I am loving it!

Staff friendly. Truck parking lot FILTHY. Little plastic garbage bags and loose garbage everywhere. A dumpster in one of the truck parking rows piled another 3rd high with garbage. Small lot next to Schneider terminal, with Schneider tractors parked in Pilot lot. Avoid if you have a choice, unless youre just fuel and go. Theres a Loves a mile or two south.

Getting out of the lot was a nightmare for me, driving a car vs. a semi. You have to drive through the semi lot and be sandwiched inbetween trucks while you wait to exit.

There’s trash every where this store worker or management don’t seem to care about the way there store looks it just looks depressing to do a 34 hrs. Reset here there’s not a lot to do and it just in general feels like just doing time i hope the’d do something about it.

Unfortunately, staffing issues have caused a multitude of concerns. The stores appearance is horrible. Filthy windows, trash filled truck parking area, showers go to luke warm at best when not even busy, mens restroom is very disturbing, the layout is just disturbing overall, no brewed tea, coffee quality isnt impressive, lighting in the parking area is dim at best. Even at Subway, the cleanliness is a big concern.More importantly though is there is not a single happy faced employee in the building, simply tragic!Until things change, Ive no desire to return.Ive also done my part and called to the 800# to discuss all the above.....
