Absolute terrible business. Dropped off a package there with a USPS label and all of a sudden its missing and USPS never received the package. I would be very careful and weary of the employees there as they said they are not responsible for any packages being dropped off and it is not their responsibility at all. No wonder why office Max is going out of business countrywide

This is the third time in a row that Ive ordered three different print items from Office Depot and it has took over three days and two different locations to fill the order each time. From placeholder employees not knowing how to print items, to posters being jammed in printers, to the order simply not being processed and then to come back to find out that the print station department is closed for the day even though your order should have been processed and ready since the night before. I was hoping to do my part by continuously supporting my local businesses during this pandemic however Office Depot/Office Max is not a good place to go if you have a business to tend to. The employees are uniformative, off-putting and deflective when you attempt to simply correct them on any print mistakes that have been made which makes you feel not only unwelcomed however as if your order will never be completed in the correct manner. In my opinion this store has always been suitable for personal needs however going forward for business related needs, I would suggest the online site called vistaprint.com or your local FedEx print shop if you need something on hand which would actually be printed before the end of business day, since they are more tight knit and personable. I have never had an issue with either of the two, VistaPrint or FedEx, and I will begin going to either one for business related needs also.

Did not have a good experience. Store floors were filthy throughout the store. Staff did not greet or assist me. Skipped me in line twice. Tried to do my copies myself after no assistance was given and the copier was out of paper. Once again no one to help me. At no point did any even try to help me in the 10 min I was there. Need alot of work on thos store.

I use their print center regularly. The staff is great and friendly, although at ties they seem to be understaffed, and the wait can take awhile. Print quality is usually very high though - everything from promotional posters to frameable photos looks really solid.

Staff was great, but the website claims you can buy things in store when you cant. Making me run around on a busted back for nothing.

Sone days you look at how things are going but when you standing in line. Employee at Office Max does ask how I can help you, but help out next person that just walks up, while your standing in line waiting to be help. What let to do but walk out of store and rate it neg 2 on customer service.

I mainly come here for the copy center, the people there are very helpful and friendly.

Went in with a $300 work provided budget to buy a chair no chairs on the floor no pricing on the chairs in the back on the shelves so you cant try the product nor can you even figure out how much it cost huge store empty Furniture area so disappointed

Staff were helpful but not overly pushy and annoying, prices were okay but printing/copying services were excellent and extremely affordable. The staff member that helped us was lovely and sweet, despite confusion and error from me not knowing what I was doing. Plus, her hair was awesome!

I purchased ink cartridge, couldnt find receipt. Had it over 6 months forgot it was there as purchased new fax/ printer with different brand of ink. They wouldnt give me my money or store credit.

For some reason the staff at this place is consistently disappointing. Either busy goofing around with each other or just not wanting to help. The lack of interest in there job is very appearent and I dont like having to go here. I recommend nobody else go here unless its an absolute must.

NEVER go here for your printing needs, EVER. Horrible customer service, incompetent, and demeaning.I wasted over an hour trying to get something very simple done. The 2 men that were helping me would not listen to anything I was requesting, they decided to keep going with their trial and error ways, which did not work. I ended up having to come back the next day to pick up my product, which was still wrong! I paid for it just to get out of that place.Aside from my experience, I witnessed these 2 men being rude to other customers. One was a Manager and berating his employee over his headset for all customers near to hear. Very unprofessional and distasteful.I will never be back to this store for printing or any other product needs. Forget it!

They had a laptop on sale that I liked, so I went in to buy it. I stood around for 10 minutes with staff avoiding eye contact, not recognizing my presence, or offering to help. I told the cashier I wanted to buy a laptop. She said OK, but nothing happened. She was just standing at on cash register and two other staff were talking to each other at another register. No one was checking out. I waited a few minutes longer and they watched me leave to go buy a laptop elsewhere. I wont be back, ever.

Very RUDE sales associate, told me I couldnt park in front of their store in a handicap parking space, even tho I have a placard and license plates that show Im handicapped/disabled. I have no right leg and am wheelchair bound butt cant park there. UGH !! So I WILL NOT ever shop there EVER again !!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. The ONLY way I will EVER walk into that store again is when they install self checkouts. Have to give the cashier my phone # 3 times and then have to tell him to take charges off a/c THEY are offering buy 2, get 1 free! He dropped some of my items on the floor and did not apologize that I had to pick them up. Then I have to reinsert my payment card a/c their machine is beeping...and it was already reading Approved - remove card. And he grins and shakes his head at the guy behind me....yes, Im the idiot! But NEVER again!

They didnt have the postcards I needed. But the staff was able to help me find them on the West side of West Des Moines.

So many things went wrong with my print order. Horrible customer service. I had to call twice and it took 48 hours to get them printed. Then they thought I was too stupid to know they printed on the wrong paper and then said they were out of the right paper but then found it and I only had to wait 40 minutes for them to finally get it right. Get it together.

Tried to ship FEDEX (which SUX) but they didnt have fedex shipping boxes. Store emp said they had requested them from fedex but hadnt received them yet. Told me I would have to buy one! I crammed the stuff to send them into a way too small container that I was provided elsewhere, wrapped tape around it and told dude it was between him and fedex.

There are some things you just cant buy off of Amazon. Take office chairs for example. You really need to just sit in them yourself. I find the prices arent too far off either.
