I had an excellent experience getting some items printed here. The two young people who helped went above and beyond.
Our company bought a handful of desk chairs about one year ago and one of them was not functioning properly. I took the chair in and Donovan took care of me right away and made the warranty process very easy and convenient. Thanks for the help, great customer service!
They have a wide selection of office supplies. The curbside pickup process is seamless and was under a minute. I was very impressed.

This is the second time I have been here to get yard signs printed for a business the staff are always helpful and willing to work with me on my orders and still able to get them done the same day which is amazing becuase I get short notice that they need to be printed. Will definitely keep going back
This is specific to the Haymarket Square (Merle Hay Road) store; I have received fantastic customer service at all other locations.When I arrived, there were three staff people nearby; not one of them looked up from what they were doing to greet me. I wanted to ship something so I got in line behind a man waiting to be assisted with printing. When the staff working in that area finally addressed the customer, the customer said he had come to pick up his printing. The staff informed him that he had not taken the order (another staff had) and that he (this staff) would be getting off at 5:00 (it was 4:00 at the time). The customer asked what his options were, as he needed the printing tomorrow. The staff said it may be ready tomorrow or the next day, he wasnt sure because he was as off and leaving at 5:00. The staff made no effort to look for the mans order and see where it was in line or anything. So, my turn in line. I waited and waited and still not acknowledged by the man in printing/shipping OR the other staff just a few feet away telling the couple looking for a desk that they were just out of luck and should look at other stores. Finally, I said so all three staff could hear: Is there someone who can help me with shipping? The man in that area, still without looking at me, said that the machine might be down or broken. That was it, no sorry for your inconvenience, nothing. I was so disgusted, I said (addressing all three staff), it would be nice if you guys at least greeted your customers. The staff in that area responded with yeah, it would be nice, wouldnt it. No manager stepped forward to apologize or try to correct the situation. I have never been so disgusted with overall customer service....ever.
Went to get few documents faxed, I was greeted by Sales Manager Bob and provided by above and beyond great customer service, thank you.
Not only did I spend over 30 minutes waiting for their printers to work and left without what I needed but the employee was NOT wearing a mask!! How do you expect the public to follow your mask policy when your own employee can’t!! I can excuse the fact that your printers were not working, that your employee had no idea what he was doing, and even the wait time but having an employee not wear a mask in the middle of a pandemic is inexcusable!! Will not be coming back.
I was going to write this and give it a really terrible rating because the first person I spoke to on the phone was very unhelpful and did not seem to want to be knowledgeable about printing services but then when they transferred me over to the person working at the print counter they were concise, speedy, and even wrote me a little note to say have a great week. Its all about the little stuff will definitely be going back!
Customer service was garbage. The cashier had no idea what he was doing and he was not knowledgeable about any product I asked about. When he handed my change back to me he just said here. I should have ordered online
This is the third time in a row that Ive ordered three different print items from Office Depot and it has took over three days and two different locations to fill the order each time. From placeholder employees not knowing how to print items, to posters being jammed in printers, to the order simply not being processed and then to come back to find out that the print station department is closed for the day even though your order should have been processed and ready since the night before. I was hoping to do my part by continuously supporting my local businesses during this pandemic however Office Depot/Office Max is not a good place to go if you have a business to tend to. The employees are uniformative, off-putting and deflective when you attempt to simply correct them on any print mistakes that have been made which makes you feel not only unwelcomed however as if your order will never be completed in the correct manner. In my opinion this store has always been suitable for personal needs however going forward for business related needs, I would suggest the online site called vistaprint.com or your local FedEx print shop if you need something on hand which would actually be printed before the end of business day, since they are more tight knit and personable. I have never had an issue with either of the two, VistaPrint or FedEx, and I will begin going to either one for business related needs also.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Bought a Wi-Fi extender a couple of weeks ago. Cannot get it to work so I tried returning it today and was told they are not accepting any returns until sometime in May. The cashier was snarky and said “Walmart is doing the same thing”. I wasn’t at Walmart and don’t really care about their policy. I could understand if I was trying to return a case of TP or hand sanitizer. This is exactly why my company orders from Amazon for office supplies now. Ridiculous that I can’t get my $54.00 back.
Excellent customer service! My husband and I went to purchase equipment for our new office. Al M provided superior customer support and service that went above and beyond. Office Depot has earned my loyalty!
Normally at the Office Depot locations I’ve been to, I’m greeted and asked if I need any help. This location is the opposite. I couldn’t even tell who was an employee versus a customer. It’s like half of the employees weren’t even in uniform. I only needed to use the printer but I was extremely unimpressed with the customer service at this Office Depot. I won’t be coming here in the future.
Al helped me and did an amazing job explaining things and helped me find the cheapest gaming computer for my son for Christmas! He went above and beyond! He deserves lots of kudos and a raise!!!
The only store that had display cables in stock besides Best Buy, great customer service and they had the item up front waiting for me.
No matter what it is, shopping for a new computer, needing computer fix, copy and printing, even mailing of packages, they never disappoint! This is consistent no matter who the associate they are very very nice and helpful!!
The printing center is great to work with. We had a program for a ceremony printed here and they laminated a copy for us to have as a keepsake! So thoughtful!
I have only been in this store one time and it was to trade in an old Mac of mine. The Office Depot website clearly shows that this store does accept Mac trade ins. I waited for a while in the store for about 10 min for the manager to have time to look at the trade in. He had absolutely no idea how to take a trade in and just told me they dont accept Macs.
TLDR: Messed up my order and wont find the parts I need that should have been in my product in the first place.I bought a Magellan performance collection desk from here. When I called to see if they could get the part they said they would pull the part and call me back. I drove from ames and even grabed lunch on the way, (about an hour and a half) and they still hadnt contacted me. I had to call them for an update. They said they didnt have the part and were checking with other stores.I gave them some time and did some other things in town. I called them again and they told me they were waiting on one more store to hear back from. After waiting an hour or so longer after this I gave up and went to home depot to buy something that looked like it would work instead. I also called the store they said they were waiting on and they never got contaced by this store. I then drive back to ames and finish up the desk with the parts I bought. Then open the hutch to find i have one of the wrong wooden panels.I have tried calling the realspace number. They have not yet answered and they give the option of leaving a voicemail and calling you back later. If you choose this option it hangs up before allowing a message. It is 3 days later and I have not received a call from this store saying they have found my part.Terrible service
Store was well stocked and clean. The air was stuffy. Nice cashier. Basic experience.

I think its ridiculous that out of 4 employees working in the store in the evening only 1 can help you at the printing desk. The other 3 dont have a clue. Sounds like poor training. Every Team member should know how to work in every area of the store at all times. There was a problem with the Fedex Label Printer and instead of the ONE employee out of FOUR employees that knows how to work in the printing area assisting me with my simple print job he stood at the register and began to complain and use foul language because the printer wouldnt work. Very poor service and a terrible image Displayed this evening. Maybe you need a fella like me to come in there and whip your team into shape and help you get some people back in your store to shop! Please do better or I will just pay more at Fedex Kinkos. At least they have excellent service!

Had a very bad experience with the printing department. Very bad experience. I wont recommend this place to any black or African.The guy at the printing department dont event know his job and was rude. I dont remember his name but. Date and time of incident is, 10/27/2017 @6pm. He said he has 30 yrs experience but not able to setup 4 4x6 flyer on a page on page to print for me. Just the way I was treated.. Smh!!!!
Found a cat6 Ethernet cable for 10 dollars. Good to go!
