This review is LOGISTICS related .1) Easy check in2) EASY TO FIND3) close to the interstate4) 45 minute to deliver a full load of insulation ( flatbed )5) Courteous staffThey don’t provide overnight parking for us, parking on the streets is prohibited.the location itself is pretty tight and the signs don’t allow trucks on 7th st, but it seems to me that it is actually : NO THROUGH trucks .when u arrive, park to the side of the road, turn on your emergency lights on, walk inside and give them the paperwork, you will see a CONTRACTOR SALES door . ( there is the actual entrance )Thanks for business !

Wow!!! I was doing what the yard guy said and the driver who they have is completely out of his head. He had plenty of room but doesnt know how to drive and flipped out threatened me. Does he know what the hell he is doing for the business he works for??? What an idiot. As a warning to patrons doing business I would suggest going elsewhere to get construction supplies. If this is how they let their employees treat people that is a lawsuit waiting to happen

Good selection of materials and tools. Guys are always good to work with and very knowledgeable. Outside sales guys are awesome!

Probably the best selection of materials for doing concrete work in Des Moines, if you need it for a concrete project, they have it, also a great selection of window wells.

This place is not operated by very intelligent personal went there wanted to purchase some supplies the person that I thought was going to assist me with all my needs turned out to be a real idiot and jerk I believe his name was Paul because I heard another disgruntled employee yell at him for something I mean this guy was really rude like I was his worst enemy i had finally had enough of his scornful ways and said you have some kind of problems dude and you are not the only ones who sell construction equipment so you need to work on your pr skills until then I will purchase somewhere else and left i declined going to office to complain about this Paul guy figuring they might be the same way and was so fed up anyway and didnt want to waste any more time with jerks so I just left with much regret that I ever showed up here so you can take your own chance going there but this is my warning to you that these people are bad business

Went for egress window covers for my new house. Staff helped me load them up and I was on my way with 10 minutes.
