I was confused on what shoe I should buy and the sizing but Salem was super helpful in helping me choose! He was very sociable and made my time there enjoyable. If you ever visit, ask Salem for help!

Always a great place to buy BOGO winter boots. I’ve had repeated customer service issues otherwise I would give 5 stars.

People did say hello when we walked in. We were the only customers in the store. There were at least 4 employees that I saw. Nobody offered to help with anything so we left and spent a couple hundred at Shoe Carnival. This is supposed to be a review for Famous Footwear. Not sure what happened.

Staff was great and helpful store was clean just couldnt find a slide to fit over my fat bunion

Finally found the winter boots I wanted and areasonable price

They dont carry a good selection of larger sizes. Also, one male employee was busy doing all the work while four female employees he said that were managers spent the whole time talking in a circle in the middle of the store. Very lazy and unprofessional management.

This place was a madhouse shoes everywhere out of their boxes and people just did not have respect for other people

Not a large selection unless you want Nike. Had to find a cashier to check out.

Each time I have been in this store I am never greeted, nor asked if I need help finding anything or if I am looking for anything in particular. Yes covid is happening but that doesnt mean you dont talk to the customers.Great variety of shoes otherwise.

Was looking for fall/ winter shoes stopped in a few fancy show stores in town no luck.. Shoe carnival came to mind and I found 2 pairs. I have size 11 and have difficulty finding shoes that fit and look good... The young lady I asked for help not only found a pair for me but found a selection in my size and style I wanted, Lauren was awesome, not hurried, not bothered but truly cared. I bought 2 pairs and I will be back.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The manager/supervisor that was there is the type of person that makes your day brighter. Like making the customer happy was the only way possible for him to be happy. The cashier was lovely too! Would come out of my way just to go to this particular shoe carnival again!

Well I didnt much help at all, so i had to go online and then another turn off eventsi payed an extra $22.00 for next day shipping. And i wont receive my shoes until Monday.. I was looking forward to wearing them over the weekend but no deal.. for that reason alone i should be compensated for that $22.00 shipping cost..

Lots of brand name shoes, low prices but not enough staff to pick up the boxes & shoes people have tried on & just left!

Dont order online been close too 2-3 weeks now still have received my shoes what I want to know why it takes 2 weeks for a package to get from wa. To ia.? Its only a 28 hour drive I understand they have stops along the way it was scheduled to arrive on the 21st now just got a update it wont be here until the 23rd what the heck its only less then 6 hours from me so why will it take a week?I had ordered 2 pairs one pair came with in 4 days so what is up with my second pair........oh and had to take the one pair back because one shoe was bigger then the other.

I ordered a pair shoe today and I got the mail that confirmation of my order at 3PM and another mail at 3:42PM said “Your Order Is Ready For Pickup”. My house from east side and it take about 30mins drive to the store at Merle Hay. I started to drive there at 3:30PM and arrived the store at 4PM, but when I came in and ask to pickup they said that my order have to be wait for 1-2 days to pickup but While they didn’t check their system about my order.

Sales clerk was very helpful and I was happy with two pairs of shoes for less than $80

Customer service was horrible. Went in looking for a good pair of tennis shoes with support and the employees stood around chatting with each other. Couldnt get any help so I walked out.

They had my shoes and size I wanted. Girlfriend got the shoes she likes and had her size. Check out was fast and good.

Had to track down a sales person. The man was rude and I rolled his eyes at me when I asked for help. He told my diabetic mother that maybe she should just look when she doesnt hurt in a snarky manner. She has neuropathy from diabetes and chemotherapy. The man was rude to my daughter as well. Shes only 6 years old. Extremely disappointed and upset about the whole visit.

It actually closes at 9, not 9:30 and when I got there at 9 the manager refused to sell me some steel toed shoes. So its mostly his loss because Im still going to get steel toed shoes, but probably not there.
