Got sideswiped 3 days after picking up the car I waited years to buy. Thought I would give Willis a try as their reviews were very good and close to my house. Mike and crew were efficient and professional. Car was finished a day early and it looks brand new! Seriously, I cant even tell where the damage was. Hope I dont need to, but would definitely use them again.

Willis Collision did a great job on my Honda. I was referred to them as they are Honda certified. I was rear ended which caused considerable damage to my like new Accord. They repaired my vehicle so well and cleaned it up…..you wouldn’t even know it happened! Thanks for great service.

This is the only Tesla approved body shop in the area. I worked with Kory to get a repair estimate. Even with their insanely busy schedule, he was able to get me in to look at the car thoroughly (required removing bumper to assess the full damage). He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately this is the second time I’ve had to use the Collision Center. First time my hood was replaced due to a paint issue. They matched the color perfectly so of course when I recently suffered a hit & run incident, I immediately called Willis for repairs. The staff promptly worked with my insurance company, got my vehicle in quickly and it looks great. Outstanding repair work done in a timely manner. I have been here more than once for body repair (unfortunately!) but they have been superb in every instance.

Excellent quality - if you are in DSM, great, but if you have a Tesla and live elsewhere you will have to wait a while, drive a substantial distance (and get rides to and from independently - no shuttle to Ames for example) and this is your only option of merit (that I have discovered thus far).

Even though I live in Ames, he drove from Des Moines to my home to investigate the issue. He identified the problem, helped get the car operable short-term while he ordered the necessary parts to make the long-term repair. Truly outstanding service! This place firstly is much more expensiveee for the same work than other shops, they were slow to give me that estimate and they demand your insurance info then your estimator and even the manager doesnt pick up your call, return your voicemail, or reply to your email. They arent busy so I dont know what they are doing, even Willis call center reps dont know why they arent answering. Bad pricing & bad service.

Willis always does right by us. They communicate every thing they are going to do and when. We trust them completely!!

Our Lexus got fixed at Willis collision center but they didnt do a good job, between the front bumper and headlights there are a gap!!!I went to them many times i called them several times they said they are ganna replace it until this time no one try to call. I am super disappointed from that service.bad bad bad service for luxury company.

Terrible paint job. Unprofessional quality IMHO. They were incapable of matching the Silver on my Mini Cooper convertible after they repaired a dented rear panel. I did not see the color difference on the day of pickup (overcast autumn morning) but I get the displeasure now to see it now every sunny day. Look elsewhere for a quality paint shop.
