I dont rent trucks too often. First time with a Penske. Truck was price competitive. Drove 2k miles - worked great. No issues whatsoever. Place to go.

I’ve rented here before and had great service, that’s why I came back today to get a truck. Customer service has gone way downhill. Would have been easier to rent from the website then deal with poor customer service.

Made an order online to rent a 12 ft truck for 2 days.They gave me a 16 ft truck. For 1 day (which ended up working for me... but still, not my original reservation). The guy who showed me how to use the truck didnt know how to operate the lift on it.I had a drop off on a Sunday. Their location is closed Sunday. No one there told me where their drop box was... I had to call their corporate office to find out.Cue today, when someone from their corporate office asked when I would be returning the truck. Well, I returned it on the date and time I said I would.Not using this location ever again. Probably not gonna use penske ever again.

I cannot say enough about how well the whole team operates at this Penske location. From providing the initial quote to handing off the keys, they strive to provide A plus customer service. AJ, Jenny, and Kelly are true professionals. Cheers!

Great experience, everyone was super helpful and they even allowed us to park our truck at their facility overnight when we couldn’t find anywhere else to park it!
