Let me start by stating the reason behind hiring movers was me being very pregnant at the time. The first discrepancy was one mover dropping my Aspen log bed frame down the stairs because he was rushing, and its not been the same since. They also broke my antique marble top buffet that I inherited from my deceased Grandparents. My Grandma had it custom made. I asked them to please secure the marble top to the buffet with plastic wrap ( because the tops arent secured ), along with my marble coffee table. One mover, the new guy, secured the coffee table. The other mover, who claimed to be seasoned, argued with me about it and refused to secure the buffet. Assuring me that he knew what he was doing. Mind you, this is the same mover that dropped my custom made, Aspen log bed frame down the stairs. After trying to contact the company for reconciliation, they continued to ask me for receipts, dates of purchase, etc. Which I could not provide due to one item being purchased by my deceased Grandparents, and the other being purchased 7 years ago off of craigslist. They then severed communication with me and to my understanding werent willing to make it right. I would not recommend this company to anyone that values their time, money, or valuables.

The moving company called me last minute when they were already supposed to be at my house and said they needed to reschedule for the next day which was not possible for me to do. I had arranged for 3 movers with a truck to be at my house by noon. They only sent 2 movers and no truck and didnt get to my house until almost 4pm. This caused the move to take twice as long because of having no truck and they still charged me full price for the move. I will never use them again and I recommend no one else does too.

Had such a pleasant and easy moving experience with this crew. From the first contact with the owner, the the guys who packed and moved our stuff, they were clearly driven with the purpose of making us happy with the entire moving process. They kept us informed all along the way and made sure every action they make was known to us. WE had this challenging heavy grill that needed to go to the garage and they faced this challenge head-on without complains and succeeded! The movers themselves were friendly, courteous, hardworking and dedicated to their work. What a great company!

The movers were fantastic in helping us move into our new place. They were mindful of our belongings, helped us pack, and made sure the job was done before leaving. They were very careful not to damage any of our goods. The speed of service was about 4 hours to move a two bedroom, two bathroom, living room and kitchen. We were very pleased with their service and price. Highly recommend!

I recently moved to Colorado Springs from Denver. The company was great! The movers were on time, when I called for a quote I received it within the hour, and everyone was very professional. NO CALL NO SHOW ON SCHEDULED MOVE! Don’t trust these guys, you’ll end up wasting a fortune on last minute movers if they stand you up. I made an appointment for tonight (June 28) a month ago on May 29, and gave them credit card info to save the date. They emailed me confirmation, and then emailed me a follow up on Sunday June 24. All good to go right?They were supposed to dispatch between 3 and 6 tonight. It was super hot today so I honestly expected them to dispatch late in the hopes of a small break in the temp. I didn’t start to get alarmed until 5:20. By then the office was closed and I had no one to call.Its now 9:30 pm. I never heard anything from them all night. Now I’m looking at paying extra fees from another mover for a last minute booking.I don’t even know what kind of gross incompetence leads to flat out blowing off a customer without even calling, but that’s the kind of company Die Hard Movers is.

No damage to our personal items or new home. The moving team was professional and they spent most of the time moving stuff. They were quick on their feet and fast at both ends of the move not to mention they were nice to us and made sure we had a pleasant experience.

I called 2 months ago to book my move. I spoke to Anthony, who was super cool about everything. I told him all the details of my move and how we needed to get our couches over the railing, just as they came in. He was great about it, said yep, youll just need 3 guys. I even remember how the other person was joking saying that they used to live where I am moving to, on the second floor. So we set it and booked it. I asked for a confirmation email and he said hed send it to the email I provided, which turns out he got it wrong. That should have been my first red flag.I called again to ask for the confirmation and we finally straightened out my email that was put in wrong, except the confirmation was for the wrong date, one month ahead of time. Second red flag. I had to call again, and it took me several attempts before I finally reached anyone. Once I did, my move date was straightened out.Now three days before my move I had to call AGAIN because the hour displayed was incorrectly, and I wanted to confirm the time. This person asks for details on the move, that was booked TWO MONTHS AGO, and it turns out that they cant actually move my couches because they dont provide that service.Thanks for being a major waste of my time and screwing me over three days before my move.Highly do not recommend. If you are considering this company, please move on. There are other more professional companies out there.

Diehard movers showed up on time. In fact, they arrived minutes earlier than the scheduled time to get a feel about the amount of stuff they need to move. They were professional and very efficient. They quickly moved out the entire apartment in less than an hour. The move was about 50 miles but it took them no time to arrive. They unloaded all our stuff and made sure to ask where we wanted the boxes and furniture placed. Everything arrived in one piece.

Ben and Trevor got me moved very quickly. They arrived at 10:30am and we had everything off the truck at and in the new place by 12:00pm. They bickered for a moment on the best way to unload truck which made me think the two of them hadnt worked together much and the clock starts when they leave their home base rather than when they arrive at mine...That ate up half of my first hour but we still made it in time. Other then that Im very happy with the service. They were nice and friendly and quick.

Terrible to deal with. Had 3 guys come out for a small 2 bedroom apt. move. Took almost 2 hours to move 2 couches down from the second floor and they damaged one of them. Then one of the movers got sick and just left the job with out any notice. Original bid was for 4 hours after 5 they were only finished 75%of the move. I had to make them stop for the day since it was already past 10pm and my storage place was closing. Next day trying to work out what happened with the manager JOHN tried treat me like an idiot and charge me more to finish the move and told me that his people worked 6 hours the day before. Then they started billing my credit card with out an invoice or any explanation. First for $600 then next day another $150. When I tried contacting the company and the manager again they didnt return any of my calls or emails. I am disputing all charges with my card. Do not use these guys they will rip you off.

I called and left 3 messages to book a move with DieHard movers and each went unanswered. Nobody answering phone calls is understandable, but failing to return voice messages proves no accountability and laziness. I quickly moved on to book a mover who answers calls and messages, very disappointing service.

From start to finish, they moved a studios worth of furniture, boxes, etc. in just about an hour, and they were courteous, professional and extremely careful with all of my possessions. Arthur and Trevor were a great help with my move. We have a lot of heavy furniture and they carried all of it with ease. My only complaint is that the time of the move starts at dispatch and it took them 30 minutes to arrive. My move ended up taking a lot longer than I had hoped. However, this is not their fault as they were very efficient, friendly, and gentle with my belongings.

BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Owner is very rude and unprofessional!! I asked about the start time when I scheduled my appointment and was told its from when they get to your house until the truck is unloaded. When I called after the move I was told it was from dispatch time to finish. Owner processed my card without my approval for over the amount that was due and was told rudely that it would take 4 days for the refund. I had purchased this through Groupon and boy Im sorry I did!!

It was a wonderful moved! The Customer Rep worked with us with the quote and helped us get it scheduled pretty quickly. He was on top of things and keep us in the loop of everything.The team knew what they were doing and did it so quickly and carefully. They came prepared with blankets and wrapping to protect our furniture, even loaded onto their truck the bulky pieces of furniture I was concerned about getting through a tight entryway, yet everything was made it look so easy for them. This company didnt move all my stuff causing me to have to rent a truck, didnt follow any instructions as to placement in my new house and damaged my favorite pieces of furniture with a replacement value of over $1,200.00. After two months of persistence, they finally offered $170.00 to cover the damage - but wont pay until I remove the negative reviews. I would rather lose the $170.00 since it doesnt come close to the amount of damage and hopefully save numerous other people from being treated this way by sharing my experience online.

Ive used movers in the past and didnt expect perfection but this was the worst; to start we had a window of 9-11 they show up at almost 1pm, did anyone in the office call and let me know they were going to be late, NO and when I called I was told we had 10 people call in sick and they were looking for a crew to send to my house I was promised they would get me moved on my scheduled day but could not give me a time. I was also promised a discount for missing my window of arrival. They show up at 1 pm and what a joke these three guys were, the youngest who seemed to be the one in charge spent quite a bit of time asking about how much my home sold for and cost of things, NOT HIS BUSINESS. Well they didnt lie we did get our home moved on the scheduled day but they finished at 9pm it was dark and they stacked everything in the garage so that it could all get done that day. We also had to watch over them to make sure that they moved everything because as the day progressed on they were tired and wanted to be done. Needless to say we were exhausted, we unlike the movers got up early to be ready. At the end of the move the young man in charge gave us our total which was a healthy amount but it had no discount as promised by the office. As the sun came up the next morning, Saturday we could see damage on our stuff so on Monday I call the office 1st to ask why we were promised a discount and it did not appear on the final total, we were offered $25 for our inconvenience, we had just spent over $1200.00 which had they done their job right would have been fine. 2nd I told her what about the damage to my furniture to which I was told they would send their person out to check it out and make restitution. Their insurance person called and was supposed to come check out the claim on Friday and it is Tuesday of the next week and we have not seen hide nor hair of him. This company does not know how to keep their word or run a business, ten people call in sick in one day tells you that they have issues and had it not been that we were behind the eight ball and had to get moved on our scheduled day I would have taken the way of the employees and called it off. So sorry I ever hired them and would not recommend them to anyone that wants what they are promised.

Josh P and Stevon were extremely courteous, professional, and friendly. They were very careful with all of my belongings and worked efficiently. I have already recommended them to several friends and would recommend them to anyone reading this review.

Satisfaction is being served by DHM Movers for providing me an unconditional assistance during my moving time. It was difficult process as I supposed but turned out to be easy and flawless. The team they sent was so reliable and responsive. They know exactly what they were doing and able to finish everything ahead of time extending to unloading my furniture when we arrived to my new home. A memorable and remarkable moment for me. Special shoutout to Diehard movers who were happy to move my heavy stuff with positive attitude. They definitely know how to pack a house and they were able to unload my apartment in a single truck. They didnt complain when facing the stairs. The prices were reasonable as compared to other local movers I called.Thank you Diehard. I will book you again in my next move.

Broke furniture. Didnt come prepared. Showed up over two hours late. When they finally said they were coming, they drove to the wrong address and took 20 minutes to drive to the right address. They also start charging you for the time they start driving to you place.Said they would bring boxes to help move items. Did not show up with any packing material and ended up wrapping all my items individually with blankets which wasted my time and rung up my bill. Three movers took over four hours to move one bedroom and kitchen dishes. The only piece of furniture that needed to be moved was a bed (which was purchased 3 weeks prior) and they broke it.Bill was over $600.Once they showed up to move my things they said they are not responsible for anything they break. Workers were also very rude. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I would discourage people from choosing his company. Extremely disappointing.I called the company to explain my experience. They stated they would send me a claims/reemburment form via email. I never received that email.

Professional, courteous and expedient. We used then last minute with a Groupon and they were very accommodating. Prices were middle of the road, not the lowest in town and not the most expensive by any means. Its a competitive market within the moving company industry and Die Hard proved themselves worthy of my business.4/5 stars because they were late and we had to schmooze the storage unit owner to let us in. Not the actual movers fault - they did great.

Impressed with their work and their rates were definitely better than the previous one I hired. Movers were strong and fast with all the moving. Totally going to recommend them!

I only give this company one star for showing up on time. The movers were incredibly careless and didnt appear to have the proper training for moving appliances or furniture. They broke the door on my daughters bedroom armoire and scratched my newly finished hardwood floors. They also broke the large crisper shelf on my refrigerator, which they said they had insurance to replace, but in reality, I am getting reimbursed about $3 for a new shelf that cost over $80. I would emphatically recommend you dont use this company for your move if you care about your furniture and home.
