So incredibly negligent. A lot of my stuff was stolen out of my storage and no manager will get back to me about my insurance claim I filed with them 4 months ago. They told me they had video footage of the theft but would not allow me to see it which I realized later was because a lot more was stolen than I had originally thought. This company should be shut down. I am having to hire a lawyer now because I legit cant get a response from anyone at this company.

I let the manager know that we were moving out of our unit and that we would no longer need it. Asked if we had to do anything else and she said no. No all of a sudden they are trying to charge me for a unit I am no longer using and haven’t been using sense august. Avoid this place

Horrible experience. Highly advise to stay clear of this company. They do not provide any type of trash receptacle to dispose of waste. They were unable to furnish the addendum that I signed that shows this clause relating to trash. The manager Daniel threatened to call the police on me for demanding that a manager contact me to me. A manager has yet to contact me and my credit card on file was fraudulently charged $40.00 without my authorization. Do not leave a credit card on file with this company as they will authorize charges without your permission. I will be contacting the city of Denver and pursuing a civil lawsuit for 1) the inability to furnish receipt of my rental agreement & addendum 2) Charging my credit card without my authorization. I am demanding that a supervisor contact me immediately.

This is a great facility. Danyl worked hard to get me the best unit for my needs. The location is great for downtown and highlands folks. I can’t recommend it enough!

I’ve used Greenbox for personal and business purposes and I’ve always had a great experience. I can’t remember her name exactly but the lady in the office, (Danica?) was very helpful and I appreciated her helping me out. She’s awesome!

Rates have gone up every year, and now this “Green” company doesn’t even offer recycling to its customers. Basic trash service is the cost of doing business of any storage facility, but apparently they think it’s better for it’s paying customers to illegal dump elsewhere

Daniel was pleasant, professional, and efficient both on the phone to arrange the storage and when we arrived in completing all the necessary paperwork. Even in the middle of a snowstorm! It’s easy to see why the storage facility is 95% occupied.

Really happy I went with this place. Staff are responsive on email if you ever have a question. Good price and quality alignment. Clean, safe, convenient for city dwellers. Plus, the complimentary truck on sign-up was a lifesaver for me!!

Rented 2 units here while I dealt with family stuff out of state for a few months. Nice and easy setup, auto pay so I didn’t have to worry about remembering payment dates and very cost effective.

Had a great Contactless Reservation experience. Demitrio did an amazing job walking me through the reservation and payment process. He also let me know exactly where my unit was located in the building to save me having to search for it. Quick and easy process!

Manager ignored us after we were first in line to pay for a unit. Was told to wait outside before taking us to our unit while he helped another customer then walked off with next customer before taking us to ours.

In the year plus that I’ve occupied various storage units with Greenbox Self Storage, I’ve had nothing but the best experiences. The facility is clean, well laid out, easy to access. The staff is very attentive/responsive and goes out of their way to help you. Vivian in particular has done so much for me with regards to being “flexible” where possible and trying to help me out to the best of her ability. She’s always very knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with. I can’t say enough good things about this location and Vivian!

Easy to sign up and a free 4 hour moving truck was great! Location is clean well lit and carts available to help move stuff in and out.Jay and Bill were awesome to deal with and overall a good experience. Make sure when you are quoted prices to ask for the processing fees so you know the all in price. That would be the only improvement I could suggest.

Dimitrio is a true professional who will go above and beyond to help his customers. I rented a 5x10 unit to store my one bedroom apartment during a move. The day of my move took much longer than expected and the moving company wasn’t able to get everything to the storage facility until 8pm, well past business hours. We were locked out of the building without an entry code but Dimitrio was able to text us the code within 5 minutes of reaching out for help. On top of that, the 5x10 unit looked like it might not be enough space so Dimitrio drove down to the facility at 10pm on a Friday night with a smile on his face and found a backup storage unit just in case we needed it. He was so friendly and kind during a stressful move. I can’t say enough good things about Dimitrio! I would highly recommend him and GreenBox!

I rented a Greenbox storage unit last week. The facility appears to be very well kept and Courtni is exceptionally professional, friendly and service-oriented. I would definitely recommend Greenbox.2ND REVIEW - Today I rented a 2nd storage unit for my overflow stuff. Addie was very helpful with the transaction and is customer service-oriented. Im pleased with the close location of the new unit to my 1st unit. The facility is very clean and appears to be quite well run.

I decided to switch to Greenbox from another storage place and I already like Greenbox a lot better. The manager, Demitrio, has been easy to get ahold of by phone and on email, and he has been super helpful. The whole process of renting a storage unit in this building has been pretty convenient and easy to figure out. Im totally content with this place.

This is the best storage place I have ever used. Brandon, the manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable when giving my wife and I a tour. He was also very friendly and easy to work with! Greenbox is by far the cleanest storage facility I have ever used. It is well lit and has easy access to load and on load our belongings. Could be tricky to navigate the halls until they put in better directional signage but over all a great experience!

Demetrio made the reservation process easy and was very helpful. He even took time out of his Saturday to get me set up last minute!

Do not rent from these people. I moved there in May and have been a great renter all along, but last night (8/31/19) someone from the company walked through and I was still there at 10:02 p.m., innocently unaware that it had gotten that late (they close at 10:00 p.m.), and quickly left, and the next morning I was informed that I was being evicted for that. Four months of being an exemplary customer to be kicked out over a 2 minute mistake?1? Are you kidding me? There have never been any problems from me the entire time that Ive rented here, and they cant give me a warning or something? The real reason is certainly because school is just starting up again, and they have a demand for the spaces now, and so the fact that I got a low price makes me expendable. I was also told by then-manager Jeff when I first started renting that just such a thing would not be a problem, and that as long as a person was able to leave before 10:30 p.m., it wouldnt be an issue. So what happened to that promise? I feel betrayed by these people, and now I have to scramble to get all my stuff out of there and into some other place by the end of the week, all while working full-time. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

They generate about 60% of their own power via solar on the roof (pretty cool), and you can access your unit most hours of the day, 365 days a year. Loading areas in front and back. Definitely the nicest storage facility Ive ever used.

Overall solid experience, great property but the onboarding process left a bit to be desired. Reached out to inquire about the space over the phone and got great support. However, the agent did not disclose the administrative fee or the requirement for insurance. The support agent upon my stopping by was good but it was not clear how the process would go. I completed the paperwork but was not shown to my unit and had to wonder around and it was not clear how to access the space or unit. I was just given the code and had to figure it out. Love the concept of sustainable storage but onboarding could use some polish.

DO NOT RENT HERE! I currently have a unit here and have rented for 2 years. I knew they closed at 10pm, but I didnt realize at 10pm the doors locked. Me and my partner was there until 10:30, I took a cart out to the jeep and partner went to use the bathroom. I couldnt get back in and he couldnt get out. Security showed up, explained the problem. Two days later I went there and there was a notice in my unit that I had until 9/19/19 to vacate. I went to the office and the manager was NO help. I told her my rent is paid til the 1st. She said fine but she would not renew the lease. I DIDNT KNOW THE DOORS LOCKED YOU OUT. She claimed I lied to security.

I helped a client move into here today. Very nice facility with wide hallways for easy loading and unloading. Britany and amber were very polite and and helpful as they should us the easiest way in and out for loading.

I had a great experience with Greenbox recently. The staff, Brandon, was helpful, courteous and answered all of my questions promptly. The facility is brand new, clean, secure and well organized. Id recommend Greenbox to others for their downtown storage needs.

Vivian was very helpful and kind five star customer service! I like that they have customers get insurance but it is a tad expensive but it’s clean and safe!

Clean, energy-efficient storage and great, accommodating staff. Brandon has been extremely helpful and patient with us. We initially bought a smaller unit, and then realized we would soon need a larger space. He found a unit close to the first, so we didnt have to move our stuff from one end of the (huge) building to the other. Only thing that might be unusual for this location is that they use the back lot for Rockies parking. However, thats more of a feature than a problem because it means the area is not often left desolate. Oh, and the carts! They have plenty of moving carts, which is actually more useful than you might realize. Great experience all around!

Great storage place. Price is comparable to Public Storage but quality is much better. New, clean, and friendly staff. Plus, you dont have to buy a lock that only works with their units - you can bring any regular lock.

I rented from March 2018-June 2018. Was mandated to sign up for auto pay, when I moved out they never stopped the payment, it is now August and they have continued to charge me. I have spoken to the manager several times and I have had to wait almost two weeks for my refund. They blatantly admitted that they “got a new manager, because the old one didn’t know what he was doing, and didn’t move you out, and left you in the system”. Mind you it is now two months later and they are still charging me. Good luck getting a refund, because they will avoid it like the plague to get you your money back. They are a fraud, and I highly recommend you do not use this storage facility. If I could give zero stars I would.

So i flew into Denver with nothing but a suitcase and hope! I need a place to put my bags. I went to two storage places with their special month free rate. Well let me tell you nothing is free. I seen this crazy tower into the distance, wheeled my luggage to this Greenbox storage. I walked in and met Brandon. I told him my situation and all he did was hook me up with a great deal. Im from NY and this is not a fluff piece. Come in and see Brandon. Treats everyone with the up most respect no matter what the situation is.Thanks Brandon.

I stopped at the public storage across the street where the guy tried to make us pay a rate that wasnt agreed to.We were there for about an hour dealing with folks who didnt know what they were doing,so we went to greenbox self storage instead.Carmel was really helpful.I had a lot of questions and the ones she didn’t know the answer to she was quick to ask instead of pretending like she knew everything like the person at the Public.I just had surgery on my arm and was getting the storage ready for my husband and she was even nice enough to help me with a few boxes without me asking when she saw I was struggling.The bathrooms were a little messy.They also seemed to be having trouble with the gate when I came in so I hope that isnt an issue for me.Overall clean facility with helpful, friendly folks!

Never shop here for storage, we documented rat feces infestationThey have a free truck but beware i was back 15 min. Early and was charged $300.00.The assistant manager doesnt give you managements number and has a really nasty attitude.Do not shop here you will be sorry.Guarantee

Great access from the freeway, environmentally conscious business practices, decent prices.. They even give you free use of a moving van for a couple hours to move your gear in.

Very clean and modern storage center. Bathrooms were actually clean.

Although I havent dealt with many other storage companies, I was very pleased with GreenBox Storage and I can only assume that the ease of use and compassionate customer service is above the rest. I will happily return to GreenBox Storage whenever I have storage needs.
