Checked it out this morning. They do not allow bags/backpacks in the store and they won’t let you leave it at the counter 🤷‍♂️ otherwise the guy was nice and the selection was decent

Arcade is quite run down and in bad condition (dirty, trash on floor, probably never painted in 30 years). After the re opening (post Covid-19) the place is crowded with trashy people and even filthier.

This is one is my favorite location from all of them, I’m NEVER NEVER HAPPY with the costumer service when the older guy is working he always on a bad mood I usually come here one or twice a week he should be happy that has a job on this epidemic that we’re on also as a costumer/employee etc., he should be happy that the clients goes back to this location he shouldn’t be working for pleasures adult entertainment to be honest hope this gets to management either talks to him or fired him there’s other people out there looking for a job with a nice actitud so the clients like me be happy with the service.

So wow zero stars. Saw the great reviews and thought Id check it out, while Im finishing my cigarette outside the employees locked the door. Shame I was going there to buy several things, Im trans and have high anxiety so I tend to shop when theres less people out so Im more comfortable. Saw there were trans friendly and thought it ideal since its a quick walk from my place. But to be refused entry for no reason at all is a clear sign to take my business elsewhere. I doubt as an owner of want my employees refusing business for no reason. Thanks for wasting my time.
