I worked here for a year to date. Nova was great in the beginning. They have recently appointed a new weld supervisor whom is underqulified and doesnt have any real industry experience in any shop with actual standards(iso, aws etc.) And zero certifications. Not to mention he is a weasel. He and the other supervisor on the floor are not to be trusted unless of course you like to watch others take credit where it isnt due, and care to be lead by someone that doesnt have his followers best interest in mind. The owner Doug, entered into a verbal agreement to contract with me for their machine safety guarding. At his instruction I made several big ticket purchases so I could fulfill that obligation to the tune of $6500.00. I requested our agreement to be put in writing after he attempted to change the terms of our agreement without my consent to suit his needs, and threatened our agreement and my job if I didnt agree. The owner, Doug created a hostile work environment when he told me to tuck my tail between my legs and keep quiet while repremanding me for the very same behavior that he makes excuses for several of his other employees to continue, to include his supervisors. Theyll pay ya...I was at $30.50 when I was forced to walk out. Just be aware of the snakes in the grass...it goes to the top.

Paul and Doug are a professional team dedicated to superior customer service. Their efforts, although individually unique, create an excellent experience that elevates and far exceeds a standard consumer transaction. Give a shout to this crew- they are worth it. Ive seen the growth of this company over the last 25+ years and as they have grown their product and processes have continually improved. The service department has really evolved into a true support team not just troubleshooters and firefighters. While smaller than some of the other players in the industry they are more than large enough to support the needs of any client and frankly the equipment itself has a fit, finish and function that is one of, if not the best, in the industry.

Nova has a solid service team. Their troubleshooting review of our machine was spot on, even though some of the equipment wasn’t even their product. With everything going on these days, it was refreshing to see a company take care of our issues so timely. This really helped us out with our limited staffing.
