There was a mix up either about carrier or delivery address. After initially promising to reship the item, x hydro is now refusing to do anything. I quote: I really am not feeling the whole reshipment vibe you are sending, as its lossy for me. Business - like they are not. and, youll notice, hes somewhat abusive. the item was returned the day it showed up at the post office, so he apparently also has issues with the truth. Fortunately, I ordered through Amazon, so they refunded my money. People ordering directly from Hydro X will be on their own with this guyjust on the off chance he edits his reply, here is his current reply in full:You gave me an undeliverable address and then demanded that I redeliver when the item you ordered was sitting at your local post office. I bought this item from the seller through Amazon and they are using bait and switch it states tha its suppose to be 10/bag they send me 1 and then say that I shouldve checked the sku # thats not my fault that its posted incorrectly now they dont want to refund my money because to them it was fulfilled they also changed the original price up x4 it was originally posted for. Now Im out of a $1500 contract behind their screw up I ve bought everything else for this system and set it up so now I cant return the material I bought all because of their negligence I am getting a lawyer and reporting this to the BBB they state that I bought 12 units but I only bought 2 10pks and only recieved 2 single units

I applaud these guys for their ingenuity, knowledge and experience in the industry, and friendly service.
