Craig setup my reservation while in vegas. Very smooth process! Then gene answered all my questions and was very helpful during my pickup. I recommend this place to anyone that needs to rent or buy any trimmers etc.

Greg helped me initially over the phone to set up my trimmer rental. He asked a lot of questions, and made sure that I had the right machine for my trim. When I picked up the machine, I was given great instructions and tips to make the harvest go smoothly. Gene was extremely friendly and helpful as well. This is a great business. Today I was at the Denver location and I really feel very bad for the treatment I have received from the person in charge, the machine that was looking for the bacht One was not in service instead they offered me one that according to them worked the same, not which is not true, I was 2 days and I only process 5 lbs, apparently from 12 years of experience that The machine have the cylinder was unbalanced and friction was too much because it was heated for only 2 min of work and I needed to wait 30 min In order for it to cool down and be able to start again for 2 mint more, I raised it with the person in charge and in a very vulgar way, he did not want to hear what I was saying on the phone, went I arrived at the place to return the machine and look for another type of machine, he came out to meet me with a Gun at his waist, as if to try to intimidate or impress me, in order to pay him for the extra day, something to which I did not object, as long as I could do my job because it was my only my objective, but again and not good and rude he lets me know that he dont rent me another machine because he did not feel like it, I lost, 2 days and 700 dollars and in the end the work can not be done, I think the Working with the public is complex and the client must be respected above all, listening to him, not being self-sufficient, nor believing that knowledge is absolute, very bad behavior for a person in charge of a business who works directly with the public,

The review rating of 5-stars isnt enough... I feel that 10 would be accurate. I travel from Boulder to this store (25.2 miles) to do my business. Theres plenty of similar businesses that are closer to me. However, that is where the similar ends. Its worth every bit of the drive. Eric the owner, consistently goes up and beyond any expectations that Ive had for running a business. It is NOT easy. But, he and his staff... make it look like it. Please support this local business. They definitely deserve it!

Me and a friend rented the Trimpro plus Rotor Workstation. It took us all day to harvest. It would have been days by hand. We were both quite amazed at the quality of the trim from how little we thought the trimmer looked. It was a perfect trimmer for what we needed. Thanks guys
