These guys rock! We bought a tankless system from them a couple years ago and every time we have a problem with it, we call and they talk us how to fix on the phone. Their tech support is awesome! Would recommend them over and over. Once our heater went out and it needed a little plastic wheel to work again. The guy in the tech dept took the part we needed out of an old model they had and brought it to us at 8pm at night! Can you believe that? You guys are the best! Keep up the great work! Awesome service!!

Bob is awesome!!! He might be a sales rep but when our tankless water heater was acting abnormal, Bob came right out to our house to make sure we were taken care of and had hot water. I wish all companies had a Bob!!!
