I am a 36 yr veteran of this Colorado industryWe specialize in insurance claims for multiple firmsWe carry multiple licenses in our field I am working on a insurance claim and the client has a trane furnace they want a price for a trane ac all I need is a 3 ton trane was told need to be a dealer went to sign up for dealer was told need to talk to Nick the dealer repHis phone wasn’t answered and his voice mailWasn’t set up I drove in from greely as I need the ac for next week was told Larson doesn’t want my buisness tried calling multiple dealers nobody will sell just equipment not sure why after all these years of my continued support why I can only get a genericBrand if I am a licensed contractor I should be ableTrane products guess I will tell him trane is junk and buy a rheem guess the motto on you web site needs to be changed to we only help the people who have fleets of unlicensed techs to sell and install themSo very disappointing

Aggressive Latino employee reads pos wrong, doesn’t bring everything and when you ask him where the rest is, he tells you you’re wrong and it is what it is. Manager cleared it up but still not cool to tell the customer that they are wrong. Could be nicer in the ware house area. Veteran employee in the warehouse is very nice and needs a raise!

Stopped by to see if they had a filter for my furnace because the filter has odd dimensions. Couldnt purchase the filter because Im not a contractor. I guess Ill take my money to Amazon.

Do not let them sign you up to be a dealer or give you credit. You will never be able to sign in to your account to make your payments or see what your Trane points are.I was owed over $3000+ for being a dealer that Ive never received.There sales rep spent 3 hours at my office as well on the phone with their tech support to get me signed in. We were never signed in. The box to sign in my dealer code was grayed out and we couldnt type it in.Do to this we had to pay with checks at the parts counter every month. We paid our account with them off monthly however out of nowhere we owed them over 40k.When asked how this could be we were told that their accountung department had been behind.????So basically we were in a hole without knowing it even though we paid what the parts counter said we owed every month.Now they have been charging us interest and late payments on this back due amount.We have spoken to there accounting departments several times and also asked for invoicing to see where we had fallen behind.There invoicing dont show where we had made payments at all. When asked they told us we need to check with are banks to compare?How do I even know my payments were even properly applied to my account!This is very poor business practice putting small business owners in the hole!!!!!!!
