Its rare to find the level of passion Mark has for his customers and the work he does. I should say fellow musicians rather than customers. He walked me through the science that goes into the tech that goes into the guitar to make sure I understood what we were going to do. Its like having your own private guitar tech. The workmanship is AAA and priced more than reasonably. I will not go to anyone else now that Ive found him. Thank you Mark. As almost all the other review say, Mark does excellent work, but another thing that sets him apart is that he is able to give advice about strings, setup, etc., if you want it. Thats the part I appreciate since Ive only been playing 1 1/2 years. I dont necessarily know what I want and Mark helps with that.

Fantastic work! Mark saved my 1915 Washburn parlour. The body was cracked around the entire side, ready to split in half. The repairs are AMAZING, can hardly see AND feel any crack. Along with a new relicd nut, bridge, and bridge reglue, the man is an artist. A different level of luthier. Encyclopedic instrument/repair knowledge. Cant recommend enough!
