I don’t think you guys want small businesses’ orders. I tried to place a will call in order and go pick up myself. Then I got informed with my salesman that I can’t and he cancelled my order. He said I either need to order 20 cases minimum for delivery or be a “partnering customers” (which I need to order weekly) in order to place a will call in order. Is there a rule that I must order 20 cases minimum for delivery? Or if I want to just pick up myself I still need to order weekly from you guys? Last time I called in the main line and they said I only need $500 minimum, but my salesman said I must need to order 20 cases minimum also. So even though my two cases already went over the $500 minimum but I got told that I need to order 20 cases minimum. So I need to order whole bunch of other things that isn’t necessary for me in order to get the things I want. I know that I’m not order from you guys a lot. But I’m just a small business, and I don’t know why they try to make thing so difficult now. When I tried to call the main line of the company, the representative told me he can’t do anything but tell me find the salesman. When I tried to tell him, can I talk with a manager. He said there no one that I can talk to except my salesman. Both are not trying to help and don’t want my business Thank you Shamrock. You are losing me, I know you guys don’t care since both your representative and salesman treating me like that.

Great place if you need bulk products.

Even though its a food service warehouse store they still have some stuff thats not in bulk everything seemed very reasonably priced this was my first visit there make sure you get your customer loyalty card at customer service when you first get there that will save you money as well. I walked out with quite a bit of stuff for just $70

Stephanie (stores G.M.) is the best. She is always attentive and very professional. Takes care of you with professionalism no matters how busy she is. I like people who makes things happen. And that is how she is, she makes sure that you get what you are looking for, if she doesnt have it at the store shell place your special order right away for you with a very positive attitude. Also, I cant recall their names right now, but the Male Cashier and the young Hispanic Cashier are awesome too. Male cashier is always willing to help and always has a very Positive attitude and a big smile on his face. He always makes you feel welcomed. Young Hispanic cashier is always helpful and even she seems to be kind of quite person she always takes care of you nicely. 👍

Love this place always have what I need, and employees are very helpful, always have deals & pop is usually cheaper than most places but always cheaper than Walmart. And open to the public & they accept food stamps just an extra bonus.

There meats are top Quality and The chicken is the best Im able to get 3 filets out of 1 piece of chicken.

I had a horrible experience and I will probably not cast another shadow in that building

This place is clean and has a lot of food service product. They didnt have everything I was looking for but said I would probably find it online. I will look online and see if they do.

They were hella friendly tbh, if you ask for help they don’t mind helping. It’s a calm environment and has basically all someone would need for parties or some. Highly recommend

We special ordered 8” amorosos when we showed up the next day I was immediately talked down to when we told our name and number to get the bread, when it was brought out it was the wrong size 7”, when we ordered the bread we made sure we ordered the 8”, when talking to the manager ( a man with a longer beard and shaved head) he was immediately hostile and acted as if I was stupid and very angerufen with us, my business shops here very regularly but this was such a horrible experience. Do not try and order things from here, they will treat you like trash and make you seem like YOU messed up

I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I have called, e-mailed, and filled out forms on their website numerous times in the past week and have been completely ignored. Its hard to believe their one of the top wholesale food distributors with this kind of customer service.

Found this hidden gem while looking for styrofoam cups they sell lots of bulk stuff and supplies mostly for the food industry i found what i needed and some extras like bulk mozzarella and some HUGE flour tortillas for some killer burritos, the lady at the cashier was very nice n friendly, i will be back soon

I love that this store is open to the public and not just for restaurants. They are always friendly and checkout is fast. I just wish there were more options, but also understand its meant for the restaurant industry, not just for homes.

Beware of inaccurate prices. More incorrect prices than at other Denver Grocers. And, in Sept. 17 this store didnt know how to take a Coupon issued by Shamrock Food Service Warehouse. It seems basic that a company would know how to take its own coupon!!!

Will call workers are always pleasant and helpful. I certainly cant say the same for the clerks at the checkout counters. I go there frequently because I have a business account. They are surly rude very unhelpful and clearly pissed off to be there.

The only bad experience I ever have here is with one employee. Beth. She is rude and has messed up several of my call in orders. Beth, if you cant order the product call me back so i dont drive across town for nothing. You took my name and phone number at the time of order. Customer service training is lacking. I was almost going to switch my restaurant over to shamrock from sysco, but for fear of dealing with Beth again I will be happily sticking with sysco.
