Typical yet well put together team store. My only recommendation is that if you have the option to come on your own time and not game day, that would be ideal. During games the store is packed and the line can be rather long(it does move fast). As a result of the sheer number of fans, it might be hard to see everything. Also, if you want a more generic item like a cap and the line is long, theres a ton of stands around the stadium with most of the simple things.

This is truly a great place for the major league baseball fan, especially a Rockies fan, but be ready to spend some money, well worth it. I bought a Todd Helton jersey, they didnt have any in stock, so they customized one for me, in about 45 minutes. Had some other errands to run, when I came back, the jersey was ready. They dont have the patches on the jerseys, so you have to buy those separately, and go to a dry cleaning store to stitch them one, but a great store. If you want authentic Rockies gear, go to the source, at Coors Field.

Just real quick, I read the review saying that they are only open for Rockies games - this isnt true. We went in the dead of winter and there was a ton of stuff on clearance (including lots of dope post season merch). Chill vibe, pretty standard sports team store.

Handled the crazy busy Larry Walker night very well!

The guy work was really friendly and nice to us. The blonde lady that was working there this morning followed us through the entire store and made me feel so uncomfortable that I chose to not make a purchase. Why did she not follow the other families in the store? Oh they were brown.

I am over-the-moon pleased with the customer service and my recent experience. 3 years ago I bought a jersey with custom # and name. Wore it once and got home to Utah to find the numbers/letters peeled off. I called back and they invited me to bring it back. Since I only come out every couple of years, I let it go. Just this June, we were out for two games. The nicest gentleman was running the personalization just outside the store. I had my jersey with me and he said hed fix it....but....he was out of one of the letters I needed. He kept my jersey, fixed it and shipped it back to me (at no expense). Thanks for taking good care of this life long Rockies fan. 💜⚾💜⚾💜

The employees were so friendly! One even offered to take pictures of the field for me, since it was not a game day and we couldnt access the stands. Its so cool to have a store that overlooks the field! I found was I was looking for, theres plenty of purple gear here!

Double-check before visiting any Rockies store. The hours on their Google business listing DO NOT match the actual store hours.I would hate for anyone to have to make an hour-long round trip from Aurora to downtown for no reason like I did.Or just go buy something else.

Employees won’t honor the discounts posted in and around the store. Have to call them out on it by pointing at the sign directly behind them, and they give you grief about it. Nice looking store overall.

End of season sale is on and there are extra sales people to assist. Sales people know where items are and ask good questions about styles, sizes, and colors you want to purchase.
