Its my second Time going into this Store, All i can say is they need to hired better personal in Customer Service. HORRIBLE SERVICE and please dress code appropriately for your Employees. Im a fan of Pandora Jewelry but this Store maybe needs new Management.

Came in to shop for a Mother’s Day gift and I was helped by a very nice lady I can’t remember her name but she helped me find the perfect gift. once I paid and was walking out I fainted (anemia) and the staff was super nice they helped me get up and gave me water and waited until I felt better. Super embarrassing experience but they made me feel so much better!!

Large selection of charms for that special person. Very little wait even on the weekends.

The lady that helped me was beautiful. But i think i was too much chocolate for her but aye.

The associate was very helpful in helping me find a replacement charm. Friendly staff very clean environment. The associate cleaned everything I touched including jewelry.

I love Pandora and would recommend to anyo e but the atmosphere at the store is snobby and cold.

I came in for a beautiful ring for a very special girl in my life and Dominic helped me. She was really helpful in finding the right size, very knowledgeable oh how certain ring sizes vary. I left the store confident in the fact that I made that right choice. I’m super excited to present this ring to my special someone! Great customer service!

I made an order for pick up, it took quite sometime for them to find the order. It will be helpful to have a faster system to get in/out when picking curbside..

The store hours are now:Sunday- 11 AM - 6 PMMonday-Friday- 11 AM - 7PM

Beautiful jewelry and totally customizable! This place is dangerous though.. I may or may not have spent quite a bit of money there!

I came in looking for a ring for my grand daughter today and when I walked in I was greeted by a girl “Rachel”. I instantly noticed she was high because it reeked of the smell and her eyes were closed and red. When I asked her questions she was very slow to respond and was not in her right mindset. I am very disappointed in this service. I understand you guys have teenagers working for you but I instantly got a headache from the smell and I know if I can smell it everyone else can smell it. Very bad experience.

Very helpful staff! The women who helped us was very patient showing me every charm.

Amazing service! I came in with a faulty bracelet still on warranty and the ladies at the store were very helpful fitting me in with a new bracelet and also showing me the new charms of the summer.

Very bad customer service. Went to take my bracelet in because it is missing just one stone and since my 1 year warranty is up they cant do anything about it, I can buy a new one if I want, that is what the store manager told me, $100 value so its not like I can be like oh okay Ill just buy another one. She also told me that I could go next door to a non pandora store and get it fixed.

Very unprofessional, arrogant and demeaning staff - treated customers like they were an imposition and gave me the littlest of information regarding my transaction. Did not apologize for the misunderstanding and did not offer any type of other solutions to the problem. I could not get out of the store fast enough. What a shame because I spend a lot of money every year on Pandora charms for my daughters.

Pricilla and Katie were extremely helpful! This was my first time at Pandora and I will definitely be a return customer. I was purchasing a few charms for my son’s teacher and I had a hard time finding anything teacher related that wouldn’t clash with her current charms. Pricilla was checking in a shipment and found the perfect charm. Katie and I were about done wrapping up some other charms and Pricilla came over to let us know she had what I was looking for. It was perfect!

Really poor service! I came inside the store cause I saw beautiful earrings through the glass, and the associate looked at me like if I were trash! I was wearing a cap (I had just landed from a long flight), dont know if it was the reason, but it does not justify to look at a customer like that and to treat someone bad. I asked about prices and she replied but the look on her face was like: she cant afford that. So I got out of the store and dont plan to go back there.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service, I believe Her name is Ariel and I was Very excited to buy two rings, she wasn’t helpful at all, I asked Her a few questions and she was rude. I ended Up buying the rings because I was Already there, but I left The store very unhappy.

I asked an employee to checking that I had the product I was looking for, but she with a very annoying expression, but eventually shes not answer for me.Even if I came first and did not help me, she just help to the customer later than me. Very badCustomer service and was terrible !!I think staffs training urgent.
