I called in today to get a very urgent gift basket built and delivered centered around two nice bottles of wine. The woman on the phone (forgot your name- so sorry!) was super friendly and really helpful. I specified the price of the wine bottles and the approximate price of the rest of the items in the basket. She took down wording for a card too. She called me back promptly with a delivery window and to confirm the wording on the card. As a business owner myself who must work with an outside courier too, I know how hard it can be to coordinate several moving pieces. She did that with ease and professionalism. Thank you very much!
