My name isnt Jenn, its Jason but thanks, try again......Please teach your sales people some phone etiquette. Rudely stating Breakers Unlimited!! doesnt start the call off very well. Maybe try something like Good morning, Breakers Unlimited, this is (name) Its really not that hard and makes your customers feel valued. We do a fair amount of business with BU and I always dread calling as your customer service people are rude and abrasive and this isnt one person either as Ive spoke with different individuals and have the same result. This rudeness doesnt stop at the greeting either, it continues through the call, like Im wasting their time by trying to get a price/availability on a breaker or breakers. Please take the time to educate your employees how to better serve your customers. Customer service should be your number 1 goal and selling breakers 2nd.
An awful human works here. I received the worst customer service Ive ever experienced when calling here for information. Would leave zero stars if possible.
